+miguel moran I know. Why did Bandai decided to "modify" the morphers in Samurai again?!?! I don't get it. What's wrong with adding the caligraphy brush mode in the morpher?! What?! Were they afraid that it would be "Too Japanese" for the kids to understand?!?! That's just stupid. I mean, at least with Jungle Fury when they introduced the Solar Morphers for the toyline, it was pretty much debate-able at that time on whether or not parents would want their kids to play with the Geki Changers from Gekiranger. But with the Shoudou Phone being "modify" into a cellphone-like wand?!?! That's just stupid. That's Mystic Force's territory, not the work of a Samurai Power Ranger.

Thats Kaoru's personality as being a high class Shogun. A bit later in other cross overs in Super Sentai she's more excepting of others.

To be fair Kaoru said it was Tanba's fault and Lauren didn't have anyone like that to make her feel anarchistic or above others by the way It would be nice if both Jaden and takeru teamed up with Lauren and kaoru

Mystical Espeon Not really. Power rangers is a show that is traditionally marketed to boys because of the action and explosions. Young boys usually don't respect girls because that's just how they are at that age. Therefore from a marketing stand point a girl can't be the red ranger aka the leader.

You know what I would do if I were to adapt Power Rangers Samurai/Super Samurai into a movie?! I'd either make Jayden and Lauren, Japanese-American or just *EXPLAIN* how Jayden and Lauren's respective ancestor was either adopted or married into the Shiba clan as a way of going into more details and background information in their respective family tree and how they have Japanese ancestry in their family bloodlines. Same goes for Kevin, Mike and Emily since we barely know anything about their respective family trees and how they're connected to Japanese ancestry.

Like Saban, himself is ever gonna give us any answers as to why the Red Ranger in Samurai/Super Samurai is a white guy and not an Asian guy. Personally, I blame whoever was involved with the casting choices and the writers on that one.

Like, for Jayden, if they gave him the same story as Takeru in Shinkengers then I'd be ok with him being white due to his story(if you have no idea go watch it). Although, if Saban's reason for not picked an Asian guy or having a larger Asian cast is due to lack of them, than this is stupid because if you search list of Asian American actors, you can find TONS.

It's because they didn't even bothered to just import the Shodou Phones to any of the other Samurai Rangers, because Bandai of America just *HAD* to waste all the money and effort in removing the calligraphy brush modes and just "modify" the morphers for the core team all because it would look "too Japanese" for the little kids to handle. But seriously, that's just stupid. I mean, I'm looking at the Shodou Phones and I don't think they look "too Japanese" at all. It looks like a mechanical pen or a pencil or a paint brush to me. blazinmike wathhhhhhh...... the roll call for shinkenger is one of the best in sentai universe..... personally i think takeru and kaoru are the most badass red rangers ever, only captain marvelous is better than them..... but gokaiger is the ultimate super sentai....

If only this series wasn't reduced to being a basic "carbon copying and pasting" of Shinkenger and actually had an original story that could've been better than Shinkenger's story, I'm sure that most of us would've had somewhat different opinions about Samurai and Super Samurai as a whole.
