I have chronic pain in ulnar region of forearm, thank you for this video, it came from planche and lean exercices, no idea how to treat it before Will you make a video on sternum pain from dips and cross? Got pain from it that happen during day... Anyway, love this type of video, will be usefull for lot of peoples
Thank you I appreciate it!!! For sternum pain the only treatment is progressive load, so if you train iron cross or dips make sure to progressive load and schedule de-load day.
