We’re going down heritage lane again this week. Another special dish in Peranakkan Cuisine, a must have during festive or special occasions.
It’s delicate, rich, sweet, fruity, savory so complexed with layers of flavors but yet delicately balanced.
It’s a pleasure to cook too, as the aromas fill the kitchen and get everyone’s appetite going!
