Premium Teppanyaki, Seasonal Menu-Selected in the 2021 Michelin Guide Seoul 

Ive watched alot of Teppanyaki video's lately and this one was far the best !! The Cheff was very generous with his oil,butter and ingredients for the cooking which sounds funny but if you watch others they cook everything so dry and minimal and I hate that, but this guy knows his stuff. Very impressive indeed sir love your work.

I wish other chefs in their restaurants let the steak sizzle till gets brown, thats the flavor right there, they just slice it right after the color is changed, i know theirs isnt steak specialized places but they could give it just a little longer..
