These are my primary strength exercises for the moment as they are serving me well. There are assistant exercises as well but these are the main drivers in my program currently.
Solid program! I've typically done mostly metcon based training but this last year I've been adding in a lot more strength training as well. I don't have a stone I can squat with, so I'm gonna use the monster sandbag. Hearing all the benefits you get from that movement, I got to include it again.

Wouldn't they go a long way for upper body strength for scapula on the bench? Thanx..
Hi, i just wanted to know when you train deadlift cause you mentioned it in this video but didnt train it. Am i missing something or do you do deadlifts the week after this one because of CNS recuperation?
