I understand why they decided to remove these sections. While from a "far perspective" they might look nice, in reality they were rather meaningless locations, existing just for sake of existing, to extend platform sections. This is not a mario game, PoP games (or at least SoT and WW) tried to somehow keep locations integrity and sense for existing traps in them. Personally I'm happy they didn't try to stretch the game on PC, with unnecessary backtracking. Quantity does not always equal to Quality.
why not? i am kinda sad that we, the pc players, didnt get to enjoy the full thing, because this i might say took me a very long time to figure out back when i had a PSP and i hated this like sidequest, but the other ones are just so amazing that, just as i said, i am sad we didnt get them
Interestingly, the section from 12:09 was also reused for a DLC map in the exclusive time trial mode of Warrior Within's Xbox port. It's literally identical- ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-DEq1-HsnuV4.html
@@GMPranav Ah yes, the Shadows who carry the cool looking Fravashis sword that's based on a holy deity that Warrior Within makes a gross mockery by assigning the name to an sword that takes away The Prince's health with each hit; not to mention they might be in fact Bladedancers I was just commenting on how many times the Silhouette says that in the video, meaning himself of course since he's basically taunting you
Wow , I never knew revelations had bonus levels, I thought that only rival swords had them. In my opinion everything before 12:09 is lazy level design, but after that the level is really good.
5:30 my game crashes right here, is there a fix? I am playing it on ppsspp, did the maniacal room first, and no issues there, then at this ledge the game crashes and gives me two buttons resume which doesn't do anything and reset which gets me back to the last save point.
Sounds just like this game. I would say try reducing the graphics. Have a save-state a bit before the crash and keep trying. Assuming you are in emulator that is.
Can you suggest a good PSP emulator for playing this game in Android? If it is PPSSPP, then can you suggest some setting to make it go smoothly? Its running very slowly in PPSSPP
I played this game both on pc and on psp so I couldn't care less about the exclusivity factor what pisses me off is the fact these levels are poorely designed, long, confusing and downright frustrating why not include it in the pc or ps2 version which had a map for navigation and has free camera rotation and skip the psp which as a limited battery life and perspective camera. Very poor implementation.
Or they could have added it to the PS3 version which is objectively the worst in every possible way and adding these extra stuff wouldnt have made much of a difference but would have atleast been one plus point for the ps3
@@GMPranav personally I liked the PS3 version of warrior within it fixed a lot of the audio glitches and somewhat remasters the textures although two thrones sucked on the PS3 the dark price didn't even have his golden tattoos that was pathetic
@@TibbsFrankies I heard that PS3 version only brought more glitches. The prince's face was so messed up and the textures somewhat looked okay I guess but it felt so artificial and it's one of the games that made me hate the word "remaster" so much.
You have to press primary attack plus secondary attack in quick succession when in a wallrun. If I remember correctly that would be sqaure+triangle in the psp controller. Also that must do it at the very lowest possible point right before he normally falls off the wall.
I played today, and these section is terrible, worst part of the game, and I love the game. The first bonus level is best. I am curious about others, because, I am playing for the first time, this version of the game, becausa, I only finished the ps2 version.
That is a speedrun technique and is a bit precise. You may choose to not do it. But if you are interested in doing it anyway, you have to press primary attack + secondary attack quickly when you are in a wallrun.
@@bitfrost3610 Glad it worked. But regarding the other way, you just simply go all the way around (which is the intended way). I decided to skip it even though this is a casual playthrough simply because it's just boring.
