I always played this game on pc, but recently I discovered the psp emulators and realizing I missed so much! I particularly LOVE this puzzle chamber! It's cleverly crafted and really needs a good mind to figure it out. Thankfully, I did it all by myself. Just came here to see your walkthrough to appreciate the game more! Loved your video btw :)
NGL, I'm thinking that this version of Island of Time is the canon one. While bonus level makes the game longer and poorly designed level, this shows how Island of Time is so complex. I feel like those bonus level also presents as an "execution" place. Where IF someone wants to change their fate but you know you can't do that, these bonus level might be the place where those someone who wants to change their fate die. Either by frustation on how complex the puzzle is, or by exhausted from those enemies. This could explain how Kaileena hoped us to die in my opinion. As for the solution room, I don't think whoever plays this PoP Revelations game for the very first time will understand the meaning of that symbol/structure. And these bonus level shows how BIG & COMPLEX Island of Time is. It doesn't make sense in the map that Island of Time is a big place, but there's so much big room but empty like in other platform like PC, PS2 etc (Prince: when a man is faced with his own death, he finds the impossible less than a barrier). Even if you are able to stop the sand or free Kaileena, in the end.. You cannot change your fate. No man can.
@@GMPranav Also, I notice that you have to go through the same room a few times to progress to the next room. I think this represents the time itself. Because time is infinite, it can loop and prev event can happen again (deja vu). You will not notice it, but ordinary person who tried to change their fate will thought they're just going in circle. Just imagine them flipping and turning the stairs only to end up in the same room.
I played the prince of Persia revelations before the warrior within and found it strange because I thought the two were the same game plus the revelations has more stuff and it's harder
That red lamp door really screwed with me, I was moving the staircases for ages. That hidden platform under the water is really deceptive, I would never have figured it out without this video. Thanks bro.
Man, the throne room itself was so far away, thank god i have a ppsspp emulator which helps me quick save or idk how many time i wouldve died going to the throne room. And i decided to play on Hard difficulty since i had already played this on my pc. Damn wasnt a right thing to do 😕
As a kid I was successful to complete this game with killing kaileena, but now I want to complete this with all life upgrades and water sword to dahaka. So please give locations of all life upgrades as well of all secret weapons.👍

Does Revelations have Straight Out of Line by Godsmack in the credits? And the opening movie/trailer with I Stand Alone if you don't press anything on the menu?
I am pretty sure it doesn't have straight out of line in the credits, instead has a more awesome track from the game. I am not sure about I Stand Alone.
I know I comment a lot on your channel's videos and this is not really The Two Thrones or Rival Swords as it's called on the PSP version, but Warrior Within or Revelations as it's called on the PSP version; I though I'd like to give you an update on how the Scythian Swordsmen from the House of the Hyena are gonna be a little bit distinguished from those in the House of the Ram; outside of them breeding wolves for hunting and combat to aid them, I've got a few more details (P.S: I have my doubts you would read all this, but if you do end up to do so then I hope you like this idea because it's going into my HTTYD idea; the one where Berk's attacked by these people) O: Their helmets are said to have ram motif curved horns, well alright they can keep those but what if one of them were sliced off with scratched gashes running through them? Along with that, they've also got a small barbed plumed stripe like real hyenas do as well as two notched circular scooped cut ears that were leaning back for no real purpose other than decoration. This is the House of the HYENA after all, and when I said the horns were sliced off; I didn't mean they're not there anymore, they're just cut real deeply but not enough to become detached. Oh and because the Ram swordsmen have those motifs, the Hyena swordsmen include spots and stripes like the spotted and striped hyenas respectively O: Owing to their stamina based training regime, they wear more pieces of armor like shoulder guards, a pair of vambracers (vambraces and bracers combined, the former covers the elbows while the latter only covers the arms), lighter armor for evasive action with heavier overlays for defense because the stamina training is supposed to apply to endurance and strength to let them move with heavier weapons, cuisse thigh to upper leg armor because the Ram swordsmen are exposed if you look closely at their appearance, and two golden cloths on the front of their thighs with a white one in the middle like the Ram swordsmen O: Given that because of the stamina training mentioned above, it would be well advised to arm them with a Assassin's Creed 1 Levantine (which is Syria by the way) styled short blade on their backs to dual-wield with their main weapon in a backhand ice-pick formation; so as to slash at their opponent while the main weapon they're wielding is blocking their opponent's weapon as a sudden attack. What do you think of that? O: Lastly, like I said before they're accompanied with wolves which it turns out that the Hedgehog of all the Scythian houses; you know the house that only accepts the best of warriors actually uses wolves to help to hunt for their food and kill their enemies. They've also equipped them with spiked armor to charge at their opponents and steel plated claws to swat at them as way to maul their enemies to death, according to the Prince of Persia wiki that is. You don't really see them before Kaileena's murder. Now then, the swordsmen who use these wolves as dogs-of-war lead them into battle but if you kill one of them; OH JESUS you have really done it because these Scythians will kill you in a fit of rage. Yes, I made the Scythian Swordsmen act like literal papa wolves to their dogs-of-war which is adorable; but there is nothing more frightening than a man who has nothing to lose, that's what makes them the most dangerous. Beware the papa wolf I tell ya' Update for G M P: I've decided not to go with the dual-wielding the Levantine Short Blade idea but instead have it strapped to their lower backs along with heavier weapons, because aren't they supposed to be you know; harder to kill?
Man this level has an extra artwork I think it's buggy because there's always an environment missing for me I didn't forget any chest in the game but one is missing
It's known that the game is bugged in terms of artworks. You can only unlock 59/60. Even the model files were checked in blender, there were only 59 entries. So basically Ubisoft forgot to put one.
I was really confused as I played The PSP version ever since I was a kid and only recently got to play the PC version and I was thinking how this game is this short. I knew that there are a lot of other areas that I didn’t go through and the game just ended. Man I wish these bonus content was in the PC version too. Shouldn’t be the PC one superior anyway?
Well it undoubtedly is, the graphics are much better, sound is of much higher quality. These "bonus" levels were the ones that were cut from the original release on PC, PS2, which is understandable coz these levels have sort of poor level design and were only making the game longer, not to mention this game is already decently long compared to the other games in the trilogy. I do like this particular stairs level tho, it's not that bad. But the statue level and one before in garden are not so great, there are too many spots where you could literally fall through the map.
Would it be possible for someone to port these levels into the PC version of the game? I really like that they added these bonus levels cause it’s really the only “new” pop content that I haven’t really played since they never made a fourth one. I was never good enough as a kid to get through these levels until now on an emulator, but I wonder if it’s possible to port them to pc
@@GMPranav That would be awesome if possible. I would do it myself, but I wouldn’t know where to start lol. I hope someone can do it some day to preserve the game more, and I hope the new sands of time remake sells well enough so that Ubisoft might remake this game or as well as a proper sequel.
@@GMPranav Thanks for the response. Last question. What's your specs when playing this and what's your settings? When I do Slow time in mine it's not that visible like there's another picture on my screen
