I only started to have some calves after training with your plan for a few months. About the physique update, just my 2 cents: lats are there, shoulders are there, quads are popping buuut hamstrings do seem like they could use a bee stinging them once or twice🐝 All the best coach!

This inspired me to actually push a set of leg press to failure - I'm usually afraid to do that. It wasn't so bad as I thought lol. It was great to push the set really, really hard!

I'm 6'3'' and all legs. Leg day starts off with a lengthy warm up. Let me tell you, brother, starting my leg day by stretching out my calves in much the same way you do calf raises has been game changing for my knees. One set of body weight leg raises for roughly two dozen reps (until it starts burning a little) makes everything feel wonderful. Thanks for the video. Much love from Texas.

You're looking good! Your latest pictures show a small improvement in my opinion. Awesome 😁 good job coach. Regarding the wedges. If ankle mobility is a limiting factor on a squat pattern. Are these good to improve ROM when used? Or Is there a step by step process of what to explore first to aide ankle mobility? (Apologies if I over sighted this in the video) thank you!

Yes they allow you to get more forward knee travel. I would suggest you do both for best results. Wedges + the advice on calf/ankle training mentioned in the video

Love those videos Berto! Keep them coming. If I may ask, I ALWAYS get hamstrings cramps during my leg day (hamstring focus) or the day after my workout. Always. And its big cramps. The likes that make you stop walking and make you stretch right away or you will end up on the floor. Any ideas why?

@@Team3DMJ no. Only in the last year where I’m more bodybuilding focused. I have a powerlifting background and deadlifts and compounds hinge patterns took more place in my training in the past, whereas now it’s more isolation focused.

mr nunez , i am cutting right now i always eat the same thing but last night i decided to add a salad with dressing cause i was losing my mind about how blend my last meal was. now my morning weight in jumped by like 600g i assume cause of salt and water , will this correct it self if i keep eating the salad or this is the new weight for me ?
