45% of the time it’s getting tomatoes thrown at it and the other 45% it’s poorly explained and executed. Then you have that 10% of folk who are like “it’s a good tool and I’m glad I have it in my arsenal”

@@pierrea3094 I have decent back genetics so growing my back wasn't hard BUT once I started doing these my back grew more. I highly recommend doing them.

i just inverted heavy partials start the set... drop set full rom on traditional pulldowns but up set make more sense.... thanks berto....

If you want to bring up teres I recommend N1's cable teres pullover to overload the lengthened position, which most people don't do for teres.

First off it will definitely get easier with your daughter as time goes on so have faith. I would say months 3-6 is rough and then teething but after the first year you'll have your sleep back. Two questions: 1) What's the rationale behind having the pulley set at a high height for the illiac one arm pulldowns? 2) What's the name of that grip you were using for your cross body tricep extensions?

I vote: grow! Build those Terres wings. You can reach point where progress slows to "hard to tell" and a change would be welcome, then change.

Great video as always! Last year i never skip a day and do you know why? Because that's when i found out your channel and I've been watching your videos ever since then and because of that I'm keeping going! I do have a question regarding workout split: My back and arms are my weakest body part My chest and shoulder are decent My legs are good What do you think of this split? I do prefer to train 5-6x per week. Pull (lats dominant) Full body (chest) Pull ( mid back) Full body ( shoulder) Pull ( biceps) Fullbody (legs) Pressing does feels like depressing.

Hard to say because it’s now just about the split but also what goes inside of it. We have a fantastic course on the 3DMJ vault that goes over program design. I firmly believe this course is so good it should be priced at 4 figures, but right now it isn’t and worth taking advantage of. Finally make sure you take the course when you have the time and space to really hit the books and give it your undivided attention

What would you do when a muscle got crazy doms from just 2 sets for around 5 days ?(calfes and harmstring is also very hard to recover barely 8 sets every 4 days) is this possibly enough for growth, or what would you recommend?

Werent you doing motor rows in the past? The dirst movement looks similar so i was never surprised to see tou doing that. But i guess it has more of an angle. I dunno im not that advanced yet. I do perform single arm pulling and i do like long length partials though because pulling is just brainless and fun as you said. You just lock in (i also use straps) and work hard.

Alberto I’m still not at 16 inch arms, I’ve done multiple bulks and cuts over the last 12 years, I currently sit at 190 height 5ft 8in only 15.5 inch arms I’m losing hope man I’ve tried every method and have a good strength base on my pressing and pulling.

Whats your chest front delt lat and side delt and arm volume and frequency per week? Would you say this split works better compared to you past training?

Doing what I can and this schedule is something I can stick to. I don’t want to overcommit and see myself up for failure. Hey that’s exactly what most people do with fitness, and what I’m trying to get them to not do. Have to practice what I preach
