Pro Se! When Defendant Argues Your Case Is Moot. Show Justiciability. Look To The Exceptions. 

Hi Lucinda. again thank you for what you do. I am a pro se working with a gentleman is also pro se plaintiff. In May of this year, he filed a wrongful termination suit against American Airlines with an Affidavit. . We are in Texas. I don't know if I need to go over every detail here or send you a email. However there The Motion was not answered within the timeframe . A motion for default was filed by the plaintiff. a Motion to dismiss was filed by the defendant.. There were more motions until 7/24/24 the Judge ordered the plaintiff to file an amended that required 14 days. The amended was filed in 5 days7/29/24. On the 5th day7/29/24, the attorney emails the plaintiff to ask for an extension of 14 day because he would be out of the country, Now on the same day7/29/24 the Judge finding as Moot the Defendants Motion to Dismiss based on the Amended Complaint filed with Affidavit by the plaintiff. They question is now. Is the Case Moot? Does the Defendant has to answer on the bases of the mootness. Does the plaintiff have to do anything. The Defendant has not uncontroverted any Affidavits or Answer the Motion to Dismiss. This just a brief summary of the case.

I applaud what you’re doing but this American legal system is very very political and does not favor pro se just think I went to law school. The law doesn’t apply even when you cite it correctly.#keep up the good work
