had stroke not natural anymore to complicate this i fell broke hip i was a very smooth walker before very athletic i need to double down make everthing uber strong now

You got the right idea. I think also learning to move more consciously can help. Most people move purely with reflex, which gets more difficult after a stroke. Conscious movement can make up for some of the loss of reflexive action.

@@ToddMartinMD yes upper torso need move left so left foot knee turn knee foot in and down walkiong on treadmill 60 min day so far 10 min increments to maintain form i appreciate ur videos working like 10-12 hrs day between leg arm hand

What are your thought about MBT shoes ? they allow the feet to rock from toe to heel.

Hey doc.. i am just placing my heel softly and thinking about only this while walking And about other two movement tuck lift im not thinking abouts this two So is this ok only soft heel landing and then let our body do itself ...

When you have it right, you don't have to think about anything, so that is fine. Focusing on a specific part of the movement is helpful if you are trying to refine it. You may focus on different things at different times.
