I’ve read menno henselmans’s article saying .82 G protein/lb is perfectly fine for a fat loss phase. I’m wondering if the protein must be scaled up based on how big the cal deficit is. For example I might do .82 g on a 15% deficit but 1 G protein/lb on a 30% deficit. Is that necessary or is it still ok to stick with .82 g/lb to preserve lean mass?
