just made it, its so filling and the fact that it doesnt have protein powder is still crazy to me, it was genuinely one of the softest pancakes i've made, so airy and fluffy, paired with some honey and bananas and peanut butter, absolutely scrumptious, made me forget that im on a caloric deficit, thanks fr
I made it with regular greek yogurt once, and vanilla greek yogurt next, both turned out great! I left out maple syrup and just put on top after. I am going to try with regular 1% yogurt next week and will report results when done.
Hi is guar gum or anything else needed for this recipe to thicken/bind better, if i used almond flour (almond flour is a bit harder, but i've been wanting to use it up) instead of oat flour, plus it might have higher protein then haha.
@@FitFoodAE thanks you, also forgot to ask, can i blend the cottage cheese up, then add it to the dry ingredients and then stir it together good in a bowl?
@@promptnfatalboom that works too, but theres eggs too, it just makes it easier to use the blender to mix everything up whilst blending it, but yeah you can do that if your blender is small
@@justme2810 i just made them with cottage cheese and 2 eggs, only difference swapped egg whites w 2 whole eggs and vanilla powder instead of extract. not that big of a deal if you decide to use one or even 2 whole eggs from how i just made them
@FitFoodAE measuring spoons, cups, and even the tapes & rulers all have the metric conversion on them for those of us that who didn't convert! The mechanic tools 🔧 didn't change - it's either or with those😊
