PS4 1001A SAA-001 No Touch Control No Power Button No Eject Button 

I've looked through seemingly over a hundred videos and articles trying to figure out what was wrong with this ps4 and well hopefully this is what's wrong with this one I scooped up cheaply to repair as a learning project. You're awesome.

I have a launch model PS4, the power and eject buttons stopped working 3 days ago, bummer, cause now I'm having a prob with a newly bought disk that won't install,and without the power button I can't get into safe mode.... controller not putting the console into safe mode ...

My power button is broke on my ps4 and my disc tray and eject and a got a new controller and threw away the old one which was synced to my ps4 to turn it on and now I dont know how to turn on my ps4 anyhelp?
