It really worked for me!! I looked through like an hour of RU-vid videos. Reset controller, unplug system, take apart controller, and all that Jazz. Turns out, you need the appropriate cord. A thicker cord, not your phone charger cord. I WAS SERIOUSLY GETTING DISCOURAGED. Thank you very much. I found the right cord and it connected right away. It felt like a miracle. Lol

@@samhicko2710 I found some random cable in my room that worked but I think the bast way to tell if there its a data cable is the thickness of the Micro USB part of the cable

@@Blackhole-go3sx Turns out, my problem was the controller wire. I was using a cheap phone charger wire. I switched it with a thicker LG wire and it worked.
@@weirdo24-7 I might try one aswell, but I think my controller is straight up broken because it can't charge at all, I've tried connecting it to different power outlets and using other charging cables but it's fruitless, whats worse is that my PS4 is stuck in ,"Connect DUALSHOCK 4 using USB cable and than press PS button." So even buying a new PS4 controller won't do anything

Initialise ps4 helped fit me, thanks so much, my ps4s been like this for like 5 months, I bought a new controller but that didn’t fix anything, then i bought a data sync usb cable for my controller and initialized my ps4. Everything’s working smoothly now!!
@@mondoochoa1233 I used a cord from my huion insproy H950P drawing tablet, it moves data to be able to use the pen so I thought it would work and it did!

Holy SHIT I didn't think this would work but it fixed everything, my PS4 was out of business for 3-4 weeks. I looked it up so many times and could not find an answer to this.
