@Physical Therapy First , can I ask for some advice? My right leg sits shorter because my psoas muscle keeps tightening up. When I do this stretch, I would think I would feel the stretch well when doing it on my right side. But I don't, no matter how deep I try to go I feel nothing. But when I put my right leg on the chair to stretch my left side I can really feel it. Am I doing it wrong? Or is there an explanation for this? Thank you
Late to answer, but ankylosing spondylitis classically starts the day worse and gets better throughout the day as you move. The more you move, the better it feels.
It'd be helpful to let us know that the affected leg is the left leg when you demonstrate. It wasn't until a minute in did I realize we are not working on the leg that's on the chair. 🤣
He said that. He said the muscle on the left said, while the leg on the right was on the chair. Not every answer is going to be plain right in front of your face.
@@afrothunder142 no, not fair enough. The video is as clear as it can get. We are not working on any leg at any given moment, we position our legs and also arms plus whole upperbody to stretch the soap muscle and he explained that in this position we are working on the left side.
