Mick Z Hmm.. It was indeed a great response.. But remember, when one is a treasonous authoritarian duche bag jackboot, looking to destroy a Free country/people from the inside out,... Both are equally as dangerous! ✊😎
I’m a pilot. There is nothing private about tail numbers. The fact that they are displayed prominently on the exterior of airplanes in clear view should make their public nature obvious. This was nothing but ridiculous paranoia.
"Our liberty depends on the freedom of the press, and that cannot be limited without being lost." - Thomas Jefferson in a letter, Jan. 28, 1786. Thank you Jason!!
@@raybrensike42 I found it: It's between [Congress shall respect religion and cut Israel a big fat check, and make sure they change the Capitol to Jerusalem, so that lil' baby Jesus will return.] and [You have the right to keep and bear muskets, but only if it takes 3 minutes to load and a limit of lead balls of 3.].
It’s called “cop-splaining,” which, simply put, is bullying & gaslighting law abiding citizens who are doing something you don’t like🤦🏻♀️🤷🏽♀️. Well done AP
J C A police man being wrong about something is normal and commonplace.. when (If!?..) you see one that's actually correct about something,.. it might be worth shouting about(!) But, I get your point! Peace Buddy! ✊😎
@Mike Bailey wrong. It's a government contract which makes it public knowledge. It would only apply to going inside the residence. The outside would remain public. Just like the sidewalk outside your house that overlays your property line.
The $64,000 question is, does Signature lease only the building and the grass/sidewalk/carport immediately adjacent to it, or does Signature lease all that plus the parking lot itself? There's no question that Signature is the lease holder of the building, which arguably would include the carport and such. If that's the extent of it - if they are not a leaseholder of record for the parking lot itself - then the parking lot is public and they can go pound sand.
If they do in fact lease the parking lot as well as the building, then the parking lot effectively becomes private property, and if the leaseholder says you gotta go, then you gotta go. No argument there... but the question is, what does Signature's lease actually include? No argument that a commercial lease "normally" or "usually" includes parking, but that's still speculation that Signature's lease follows the usual pattern. DOES Signature's lease include the parking lot, as a matter of documented verifiable fact? @Ann Walsh says yes - implying knowledge of the actual language in Signature's lease (and for all I know, Ms. Walsh is the county executive who signed it.) If Ms. Walsh is correct, then yep, absolutely, Signature has the right to say sorry, private property, no photos please. I hope there's a part 3 in which AP tells us what he found out, either way.
This will be one of the biggest audit channels on RU-vid, I’m calling it now. I’ve never seen someone articulate themselves as well as you. You’re very sharp and on point when you present these people with facts that they should already know. Lol (Owned)
I agree but he needs to follow up with law suits and let us know what happened. He also needs to leave contact info for the dept so all the subs can file complaints. Other than that he is one of the best. News now Houston is another great one.
In 1975 I was a student pilot near St. Louis, Missouri. I flew a Cessna 172 from St Louis this airport which was called Arapahoe County Airport. I grew up in Littleton Colorado. I use to fly Lear jets, DC-10'S and MD-11's. I use to fly the jumbo jets internationally and have literally flown around the world twice. Great life...retired in Florida. Blue Sky's.
Amagansett press is my favorite auditor by far ! This man is so knowledgeable about his rights! And he comes across respectful yet assertive , the perfect recipe to tear the tyrannical public servants apart 💪 please don’t stop making these videos!!
Why AP is not my number 1. First, he is an anti masker. Creates added problems due to masks and second, he will support any whack job such as Lauren Bobert who say they support the second amendment. There are Republicans and Republican whack jobs. Democrats are just wrong without creating a separate class of Democrat whack jobs. My choice is to be an independent registered as a Democrat for now. Just easier. AP did a cop watching video in Colorado and did well
You absolutely tie them in knots. Your words just flow so articulately. I love the way the cop just stood and listened. Not one of them could keep up with you.
Yeah because he uses the same script everytime and does this to everyone, just talks in circles and acts retarded the entire time. Then loses their attention because he rambles on about random shit half the time and then tries lecturing them, reiterating the conversation until everyone wants to leave and nobody is listening. 😂Im pretty sure this dude has aspergers
That moment when two sheriffs don't know the property lines and laws. They could have easily said "give me a few minutes," gone to their cars and looked it up and confirm, and call a supervisor to consult/confirm. But nope.
ibrudiiv like what you said if thay pushed it id thank it would have been rong no signs cleary not posted even if private cops a few min could find out did not an told to leave
Property lines and ownership are not something you find out by "going to your car and looking it up." You have to go to the county planning department, assessor's office, maybe do a title search, etc.
I am not here to video the Alzheimer patients, yet you then come back to video them at least four times. Like you say, watch your video, it doesn't lie. And yes, I understand you have the right to video anything in public but be humane, who would want to video them anyway? Other than that, good video.
You beat me to the point Dale! Also, on a lighter note, it's not like the patients would remember being filmed or even being at the facility on a 'tour' anyway! lol FYI: 'tour' = "Welcome to where your family has decided to place you for the remainder of your life, grandma/grandpa!"
Terrorism has been going on for 1,000s Of year’s including the Civil War, Pearl Harbor etc... Nothing new & yes sadly History WILL repeat itself. ID for what? Officer, will you ask the complainer for their ID & run their ID for Warrants? The Mall is Private property too but open to the public.
Why are people so afraid of a camera?? It's crazy how defensive people get. Ready to fight over a pic. It astounds me honestly. Just keep doing you!!! I support you guys 100 percent...
@@skinnie2838 Assuming that a municipality has the power to lease public property to a private operator and does so within the provisions of the state statute, the terms of the lease agreement itself must ensure availability of the facility to the public on an equal basis with other groups.
Not at this location, but at many others, if people protested vehemently, I would be prompted to respond with - "SORRY, BUT I DIDN'T KNOW YOU WERE IN THE WITNESS PROTECTION PROGRAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
Shoutout all the way from Ireland, I love watching your audits. You are calm, respectful, mannerly and direct. You are very knowledgeable and I love the way you calmy assert your rights with being aggressive or rude. Keep up the brilliant work.
@@cobykramarsky141 he is educated... just not this time in this audit... if he has to go do homework and research, then he failed and was wrong... he still puts out good videos, just this one not so much...
So, if a private plane crashes (God forbid!) On my rural property, would I not be allowed to read the tail number to relay it to the authorities? Hmmm!
when I was a kid skateboarding in Carlsbad CA The police told me I was not allowed to skateboard in the city . I asked why there was no sign. They told me it doesn't need to be posted but is still a law.
I give credit where credit is due I've seen alot of auditors and you are the BEST , you don't insult them , nor cuss at them, you just shock the shit out of them with your knowledge of the law , excellent very professional keep up the good work God bless stay safe.....👍
He is pretty good at social engineering, but I think he lacks a lot in technical understanding sometimes. For instance, on this case, he doesn't really know if he is inside public property, or is unsure if public property that is leased to private business is or is not considered private, etc. He should be 100% what he is doing is legal before trying things. That way he would get much more leverage to challenge inaccurate information that was given to him.
I am amazed by your ability to keep your cool when surrounded by complete & utter FOOLS! They continue to spew their ignorance of the law, instead of researching & verifying their information. LEO's especially!! Kudos to you & Ben (even though he's not in this episode) for everything you do for We the People. If only I were younger & healthier, I would be out there auditing, too! God Bless & keep You, Ben, & Mrs. Amagansett Press safe, healthy, & happy. God Bless America🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
Stephanie Krywicki ya he came out and said this is my company! And then when he was walking in he started stumbling trying to figure out how he could make himself sound important!!
This FBO named Signature Aviation, has a very, very small footprint on this public use "airport". Once you go to the public parking lot...you are on public property which Signature Aviation has no control number.
That Dude claiming Hippa laws were being violated was the ONLY one to break the law by informing Jason and everyone these patients have Alzheimer's ..What a fool!!
Perfect analogy of "If Im driving in my car, should people be blurring out license plates?" The lack of intelligence and reason from these Centennial Airport personmel is seriously alarming. It is like trying to reason with a box of rocks. To blur out airplane tail numbers It is one of the most idiotic things that I have ever heard. I guess if Chucky-Cheese-Pizza-Palace starts laying off pizza makers they can apply for work at Centennial. No prior work experience or intelligence test required.
They have absolutely no problems with 500 -1000+ CCTV cameras constantly filming them per every square mile, but one guy with a handheld device and they act like their whole world is in immediate risk! "Paranoid" is not sufficient a word to describe such buffoonery! High Impact Flix let me know about your channel and I look forward to going through your content and re-subscribing to your exceptional channel a bazillion times! I love your humane decorum and logical style.. keep up the great work my friend! Peace!✊😎
Lol...that cop saying they have full rights of property they are leasing is pretty funny😂They can’t just do what they want/build/tear down/whatever they want, because they don’t OWN THE LAND!
Nope. That's just the propaganda to mollify the masses and boost their unwarranted sense of superiority. The US as it stands is built on genocide and slavery.
To me this a very impressive example of how to calmly argue against people who didn’t expect you to be doing that and who now forcefully try to stand their ground while they’re actually not so sure. I love how you beautifully expose that without offering them new ammo by misbehaving or being rude or anything. 👍👍
I hate jumping on board with bad humor because in my heart I am genuinely a person who just wants to do well and love people, but your comment was really funny!
How in the world does looking at someone’s ID help a police Officer determine whether that person committed a crime? The answer is that it doesn’t and it’s can’t.
@Professor Mike PPC Don't forget that a plane(missle) hit the Pentagon yet none of the government cameras there managed to get a good video of it. They all malfunctioned just like they did for Eipstein. Government cameras always seem to malfunction at the most critical times.
I really respect how you take the time to explain everything to them and never get upset when they start questioning you about what your doing till they go overboard with they i can tell you what to do shit
Marsh v. Alabama, 326 U.S. 501 - "The more an owner, for his advantage, opens up his property for use by the public in general, the more do his rights become circumscribed by the statutory and constitutional rights of those who use it. Cf. Republic Aviation Corp. v. Labor Board, 324 U. S. 793, 324 U. S. 798, 324 U. S. 802, n. 8."
"so it looks like the terrorists won hey guys?" "what do you mean?" "well, you automatically assume im up to no good just taking pictures in a public area, so thats basically what you are saying. The days of innocent until proven guilty are dead according to your actions"
Me, personally, I think they should be called Rights Protectors or Civil Servants, not law enforcement officers. Having enforcement in the title gives it a negative connotation. Nobody wants to be enforced or told what to do, especially by someone you don't even know who thinks they are right all the time. You add some ego and a sense of power to that and you have a confrontation waiting to happen. Plus, if we called them Rights Protectors, they would have a constant reminder of what their job is really supposed to be about. It seems like things have drifted away from actually protecting the rights of the people to instead finding ways to get around those rights to make a bust, arrest, etc. When did this change happen? The first sheriffs were designed to protect us from each other, protect us from government overreach, all based on the Constitution of the United States. The Constitution was really not even written for the people, it was written for the government, to govern the government. The founding fathers knew that there needed to be a healthy distrust of the government. They knew that they couldn't trust each other individually or even themselves - they knew what man was capable of. So that's why these rules were written down. And that's where the civil servants came in - you and I could go work in the field, buy land, spend time with our families, do whatever we needed to do and feel protected in the process because we knew that these guys had our back. We could go about our day with more freedom. So, when did this change occur? Why is it, that in general, people have a feeling of apprehension when they see a police officer instead a feeling of happiness and relief? Even if we're not doing anything wrong. It all got backwards at some point
you mention your grandmother, i loved talking to mine she went from horse and buggy to town once a week to a man on the moon. even small things like calculators. she passed in 96 i still miss her
There's a difference between practicing your rights, and causing a scene being a public nuisance. He does a poor job at educating people. I could easily go make a video and when dude walks up asking what im doing could tell him exactly what im doing, and why, and where its going. Problem solved. Probably chat with a couple higher ups on the property about it. Make friends. Then go about my day.
That's great customer service right there..: "you're gonna have to give me a minute while I finish texting" gtfoh with that bs, most companies would terminate someone for that. 🙄
Airplane tail numbers are in the public domain, that's why they have tail numbers,so they can be identified by the public if they're breaking the rules. It's exactly like license plates on cars.
So the Taxpayers paid for and built the Airport. Now thw Taxpayers (Landlords) lease the property to Signature Air. So, the Landlords have no right to go on the Landlord's property to check on the Tenants??? Makes no sense at all.
