Whilst she is gradually learning to live with her disabilities, living with PTSD is becoming more and more difficult as she has anxiety and panic attacks. Hi nik and Eva, I just watched this and it made me cry, but so happy you could help jo get over ptsd, when I first saw you both at your Norwich workshop in 2020 , I was a bag of nerves and I was suffering with ptsd from a abusive relationship, back a few years back , it’s taken me a while to feel myself agsin on this, after I finished that relationship I said I would never go into a relationship again as he hurt me that much , but I’m pleased to tell you, I’m now on a dating app and hoping to find a lovely person and to find love ❤️ this is a big thing for me, for me to trust again and I’m doing it. Just thought I would share. You both are amazing people. Hope to see you next year at another workshop, much love xx .
