Pumpkin Basque Burnt Cheesecake Recipe 

I made a Basque burnt cheesecake using pumpkin.
It's a simple recipe that just mixes with a mixer.
Smooth and moist inside.

✤ Ingredients
・ 180g Pumpkin
・200g Cream cheese(room temperature)
・100g Sugar
・3 eggs
・200ml Fresh cream
・20g Cornstarch
✤Oven 250℃
・Please adjust the baking time according to the oven.
