It's so much better for people to be shown how to deal with disasters in their cooking than for it to just go perfectly every time, whenever I am doing a recipe I am bound to mess it up once or twice :D
So true. My daughter is an expert knitter and one of her strengths is being able to fix mistakes. I attempt to knitting unless she's sitting next to me!
