One of the most beautiful songs I have ever heard...I am familiar with the version from Ulali, but the instrumentation of this version, along with the spiritual vocals, floored me.

FIrst time I heard Pura Fe was live in a cafe in Paris and it was literally an out of body/musical/spiritual experience. She is a force of nature......

LOVE IT!! I am always so inspired by Pura Fe...this is incredible! How the same song could be sung so beautifully but different-changing the mood and spirit of a melody. Life is Change. Like looking at a breathtaking scene from a different vantage point. Bringing with it a different ambiance, understanding and clarifying the point! Talent oozing from these musicians.

Pura Fe' ranks up there with the greatest female vocalists in my book.... Bonnie Raitt, Aretha and Joni Mitchell. Heard her live once and every hair on my arms stood up. This is a great rendition featuring Rhiannon Giddens despite some distortion in the sound system.
