wow, this must be the best explained video on how to verify the purity of shilajit. This will have to be decided by your ayurvedic doctor, since both one has a stimulant effect & one has a calming effect. I would not be very confident in buying a shilajit which costs only 100/- especially when we know how difficult it is to source pure shilajit & the fact that shilajit has to undergo shodhana (purification) process to remove heavy metals & toxins (which means it is almost impossible to give pure shilajit at such a low cost).

Bro hairfall due to scrating of scalp and scalp burns when expose to sun and sweat . oily forehead and hairline this result in accumulation of sticky substance around hairline and temple area and. Hello sir. This is a truly informative video. I just want to ask you one thing. I ordered shilajit from a very trusted and verified source. It has passed all the tests which you’ve mentioned in the video. But there’s one problem. The shilajit which I have is in sock solid form(small to medium sized rocks which are easily breakable with hands). It isn’t in a semi liquid or slimy state. Is that alright or is there some issue? Mine passes all the tests except the one where it should feel smooth on the roof of my mouth, it exactly feels sandy. Who knows, there are a ton of tests done by people online who promote different brands.

If your shilajit passes all the tests + you are seeing results, then you can continue with what you are using. But if you are not happy with that shilajit & want to try a new one or your product is almost over, then you can definitely try sesa's shilajit.
