It’s gotten me energized for my 4:45 am wake up to walk, ok not 3 miles, but now I average 4.2 to 4.5 miles. At least 2 days out of the past 2-1/2 weeks, I hardly grew tired as I went out & returned seeing my Fitbit say 5.25, 5.4 miles & after 1 hour, I get myself ready to go for 60 to 90 minute light weight lifting session, oh aim 66 years young

@@idk4nyname like night and day. I no longer wake up still exhausted. My mind is clearer and strangely they seem to be helping with the withdrawal of prescribed pain meds. Another thing I believe they help with appetite suppression. Not as hungry.

I just got my very first order of Shilajit. I hope this keeps my blood sugar or type 2 diabetes in check. I have tried everting and nothing keeps my glucose in check. I have done H3O2, fasting, drastic change in my intake, no consumption of soda in two years, Berberine, Ashwuganda, Sour Sop Bitters, and Metformin. Nothing works.
This wont help with blood sugar or insulin regulation. All carbs turn into sugar so you need to go keto or carnivore to fix those things. Works for 99% of people
for diabetes you should eat nopal, also known as the prickly pear cactus pad. drink that in a smoothie or whatever and itll fix that issue no problem. just stick with it.
I have to say is true , before workouts just a tiny portion like 3 grains of rice with water..man the energy and you actually be sweating! And yes the dreams! I just wonder if you can keep taking it? Do you need to pause it?
I've had it in gummies form. Honestly delicious it tastes like strawberry gummy bears. Like this gentleman, I feel I'm getting better sleep. Haven't noticed much else but the better sleep is obviously making me have more energy so that's amazing 😊

We humans get lot of body pain and weakness and fatigue and feel lazy after getting those covid injections. Before that all was normal. I hope shilajit will bring back my body back to how it was pre covid

After reading through these comments, I’ve come up with 2 possible conclusion: 1) Those claiming that they’re actually taking this stuff, are lying. NO ONE is answering the question of where to get it,the brand, etc. OR 2) They’ve actually answered the question, but, people are combing through the comments,possibly Dr Sebi, and other videos that give us all the information that can really help us. A lot of Dr Sebi’s videos have disappeared and even his medicinal books don’t seem to line up with the things that he taught people.
