Hit respect, inspirational. I will add the diamond and crunches to my routine. One day will be at the level for the other excercise. Respect on the road map to the Warrior's path; health is wealth, investing in self and getting that money.

Im No expert, but Ive been learning calisthenics thanks to Hannibal, Hit, & barstarzz for 2 1/2 months. Basically my sophomore summer vacation. In 1 Month of stress and frustration, i actually realized the way you grip from the beggining will decide wether youll fail or succeed.

I face my knucles opposite of me, kind of like really grabbing that motorcycle and as im going down or up the grip stays the same. Its basically an exaggerated overhand grip. With that im able to accomplish 6 good looking muscle ups so far. After 6 they tend to swing the more reps i do. Hope this helps. And much respect for hitting the bars :-)

absolutely immense. Question: is there an intermediate version? not as difficult as this but not compeltely basic. for example i can do diamond push ups easy but cant do scorpio n ones at all. how do i go from one workout to the other? Thanks

hit bro your videos are alway so awesome and they inspire me to do handstands, but i find when i try to throw myself up into the stand stand i often do one of two things, i either throw my legs up and they go to far and fall I forward or, i don't throw them far enough and im not able to balance. if you have any advice on how to solve this problem is really appreciated.

Now that you've mentioned it : Can you give me some nutrition tips please?! I'm an ex basketball player turned competitive swimmer so you can say that I'm kinda in shape BUT I'm also skinny and have belly fat. I am working out and practicing just right, BUT HOW CAN I GAIN MORE BODY MASS AND LOSE THIS SILLY BODY FAT at the same time, through nutrition?! Please help me out! Hey Hit, I was wondering if you could give me a list of calisthenics workouts from easy to extreme that work your traps. I know of one which is to get on a dip bar and only dip your shoulders, but this is very inefficient compared to using weights. Thanks for your time!

Hey Hit, based on what you said in this video do you think this type of routine is bad? Day 1 i've been doing pullups and pushups of various types, day 2 (keep in mind i hit the gym sun/tues/thurs so i get a break inbetween from this stuff) i've been hitting chins/triceps (which would be dips, diamond pushups, etc), and day 3 i hit a bit of a combo day of all of the movements i've been doing.

Hey Mr. Richards. I only recently decided to use calisthenics in an effort to get into shape. my upper body has been looking like its developing nicely, yet I have a problem with ab and core exercises. My question is specifically, would you do the standing sit up or advance reverse crunch on a bench or could you do it on the ground as well? I ask because I usually do workouts from home.

Hey, calisthenicskingz, I do pure calisthenic workouts, and have only used weights a few times before. I'm curious if you got your strength and body with pure calisthenics, or did you lift weights in the past? I'm still doing more basic calisthenic work like pull ups, chin ups, handstands, dips, push ups, etc.

Hey Hit i need some tips on doing my first muscle up, first off i could do 27 straight pull ups with my arms locked out but when i try and do a muscle up i cant even get over the bar to do a dip? Is this a strength issue or technique issue? Thanks man and more power to ya.

hi,i started street work out 6 mounts ago and i feel great.3 weeks ago i started a new tehnic of training so monday i do 200 pull ups 100 dips 100 push ups, tuesday 100 pull ups 200 dips 100 push ups, wenesday 100pull ups 100dips 200push ups, thurstay and friday 100 eps for each and some core and lower back and weekend rest.I want to know if this workout its good or its too much for a beginer like me(i can do 17 pull ups max. dips and push ups idk)srry for bad english and i hope you can help me
