Sure hope more manufacturers embrace it. Thinking a crazy lightweight AR-10ish platform like the POF Rogue pistol would be incredible. A hair over 6 lbs and a chambering way more ideally suited for the 12" barrel than 308? Seems like a no-brainer.
Yeah I’d like to hear more about optimization for barrel lengths. This entire cartridge appears to be designed with ergonomics in mind, not a bad thing but now I am more curious.
Wondering how this compares to the WC 300 Ham'r ballistics? I understand that the 8.6 is a superior suppressor host because 300 Ham'r doesn't have any subsonic ammo available.
@@pcb8639 they disappeared in under an hour. I've been waiting for another run. Being "out there" isn't really ideal when they barrels out there are spoken for.
@@hydrophilicchristopher9874 458 socom puts way more energy on target subsonic than 8.6 blackout. Do the math. 458 socom subs are heavier than 8.6 subs.
If you're a 3 MOA shooter and you have a 1 MOA gun... you get 3 MOA. BUT if you're a 3 MOA shooter and you gave a 3 MOA gun... oof. What, maybe 6 MOA on a bad day? All tolerances stack. All variables stack. Nail down whats easiest to nail down first and reap an instant reward.
@@BB-ss3mw because why would they make anything new with a brace? They aren’t going to be an option soon. I love that everyone is just ignoring the fact that braces are going to be illegal soon. It’s like if they don’t acknowledge it, it won’t happen lmao.
Matt from demolition ranch brought me to you guys. You guys are what kept me here. The customer service and products you provide should be the gold standard in business. Not even just the gun industry, but ALL. People listen to me, shit happens. But they didn’t hesitate to fix it quickly and seamlessly. Even the recall video is short and flawless. Trust me when I say, BUY AS MANY Q GUNS AND OTHER Q PRODUCTS AS POSSIBLE. You will never be disappointed with any of it. Even when you have a problem. Thank you guys for being who you are🙌🏻
@@domostructor147 honestly, with updated tech and a gun that can run subs and supers 9x39 could be ALMOST as good as 8.6... but no one is doing this, and in the AR I don't think the bolts can handle a supercharged 9x39. 8.6 seems better in almost every conceivable way except frame/magazine size... and frankly modern materials make up for that a lot.
