One can become a sex offender for being caught urinating in public in the UK. Putting semen or feces in someone else's food would definitely be a worse offence. This could be endangering the sex offender's health with potential STDs, which should be considered assault, or a violent sex offence

I was only 19 when I was accused, day I went court medical evidence was shown that I hadn't done it, yet I got rail roaded due to the las6 18 months being terrorised to plead a lesser charge, I pleaded guilty to a bad charge, judge said get q solicitor medical evidence came, stupidly told prosecution that I was pleading guilty to anything messed my life up for nothing 25 yrs ago still

Is it ? You've no idea what state some people are in and end up in prison. Some sad stories but as you've never set foot inside a cat a ot b prison you know sweet FA.

It's a mugs game but nobody wants to end up there and nobody is proud of it, many can turn their lives around but people like you close the door off to people for a mistake or a horrible situation they grew up in or were involved in. Judging people is a poor man's game.

Juju thing is though they are in there because they acted on their urges - it’s no different from a normal heterosexual man choosing to rape a grown woman, most of us don’t do it, but if we did and were caught, we would expect to get heavy prison time. There will be plenty of peados out there (it’s 1 in 10 - statistically there is one in every office or building site in the country) who make a conscious choice to keep their noses clean, look at no indecent images and stay away from children, they are the ones who should be helped, to lower the risk of them ever doing it. There should be somewhere they can go to openly admit what they are and get the help they need. Once they have acted on the urges, particularly taking part in abuse personally, I believe they are then beyond redemption and deserve everything that comes with that.

people in prison have their own skeletons and most people in prison don’t have their hands clean. murder is worse then sexual offences because you can’t bring a life back a rape victim will be scared for life but still has a life and can get help to heal, a dead person can’t also robbing people harms other people what is it about sex offences that are worse then others ?

It's Actually a hate crime to attack sex offenders in prison now, you get an automatic 10 years added on to your sentence. And if you kill that person and they can prove it, if you had a short sentence you now have a life sentence.

In any country in all parts of society drugs exist, it doesn't matter if it's in jail or the streets ,as long as there are visitors and prison officers things will get smuggled in. They use drones and things are thrown over the wall as well but smuggling is still the main way

Really sex offenders are just scum so it's not really snitching to let over convicts know there is a filthy undercover sex offender on the wing,, but you just never snitch on a proper convict but sex offenders are not what we call proper convicts because they are scum so yeah if it comes out that someone is a sex offender it would not be long until all the other cons on the wing knew he was a sex case so then he would either be beaten up badly or before anyone can get to him to beat him up he would be moved from the wing and onto protection,, we call it Rule 43,, so basically a rule 43 is a prisoner that is in for sex crimes and kept away from general population for their own protection.. Personally if I knew someone in prison that knew there was a filthy pedo on the landing and had not told me they was a sex case then I would treat him the same way as I'd treat a sex offender,, as I say good convicts look out for each other so we don't want any pedos,, snitches or rapists on any wing where we are so as soon as they get found out the are beaten up then they are moved off for their own protection by the prison system.. All sex offenders are fucking hated in the English prison system so they are mostly kept away from normal convicts on special protection wings where we can't get to them so it's very rare that you would get them on general population...or do you mean like if you yourself was In prison and a sex offender attacked you,, well in that case you would not need to tell the guards because like I've said before if other convicts found out then he would be beaten badly,, Im only talking from my expirence in English prisons and we just don't get that whole prison rape shit over here,, tbh I don't understand American prisons because any English convict would be ashamed of himself for having sex or sexually attacking another man in prison,, like I say sex between men in English prisons just does not happen and most men I've been in prison with over here are straight guys that have wives or girlfriends on the outside and tbh we find it quite funny that people who have never been to prison think that men rape eachother or would even have sex together just because they are In prison,, well like I say I've never known a prison sentence to turn a man gay anyway.. But again if we knew there was a queer on the landing then he would not be welcome and he would be moved off,, I've only ever knew of one guy that come into a prison I was in that was a queer and like I say we all just kept away from him and didn't speak to him and as soon as the prison guards could see he was not liked they just moved him to another wing or prison,, like I say no one talked to him because he was a queer so no one even cared what happened to him or where they moved him to just as long as he was away from us is all that mattered.. In England you are cattigarized according to your crimes and prison record A cat is maximum security for terrorists and total nutters and is basically solitary confinement B cat is for high risk prisoners ie people in for murder firearms and violence C cat is for the general population people in for drug offenses burglary etc D cat is what we call an open prison you will go here for shop lifting and driving offenses etc. On d cat you are not locked up, you simply attend roll calls. You can even leave the prison grounds. Many prisoners have jobs outside the prison. D cat is also used to rehabilitate long term prisoners back into the community. I don't know too much about it as I am a b cat so only know what I have been told by other prisoners.

@@petercossburn9768 also, dependings if you are convicted of a indictable or summary ofences as well ! usaully people convicted of summary offences serve their time in the remand / local prison ! (esp if they were held without bail )

@@benlee3071 you misunderstand, I meant that instead of focusing on rehabilitation they focus on keeping prisoners easy to deal with, keeping them calm instead of educated. Even when they try they are treated like a joke. That's how the system is broken and unfair.

Sad thing is is that spice is taking over English prisons now,, I don't smoke it because its fucking horrible but like I say last time I was inside it seemed like loads of lads on the wing I was on were all smoking it,, I've also seen it really fuck some people up cos they get into prison start smoking it and a few months down the line they are totally screwed up on it.. Sad to see really a lot of good lads were getting really screwed up from smoking it in prison,, like I say I only ever smoked it once and that was it for me, it just made me feel horrible and I just did not like how it made me feel so I'm kind of glad I didn't like it as I just stay well away from it..
