I very much appreciate these exercises. Thank you so much. May I ask whether you have a version which does not have a backing track? It may be my overly active mind, but hearing your words backed by silence would be most beneficial! Again, many thanks for your instruction here!

for me as a musician your background music puts me under certain stress, because of the shrill overtones of the e-guitar and the continuous rhythm of the drums. These is the rhythm of our nervous time which increases the blood pressure. Qualm music or better no music is more recommend for the issue of your video. ʕ´• ᴥ•̥`ʔ

I must say it worked.. Last Monday i went to a clinic for our annual physical examination as per required by my company. Surprisingly, my bp was 210/110 which was very scary. The doctor repeated my bp after 10mins and it went down to 190/110. But still i was asked to go to the ER asap but I didn't because i wasn't feeling anything. I went home and searched for videos like this. After some diet, ang taking pineapple juice and doing this, and prayers (of course), my best friend asked his neighbor who happens to be a nurse and take my bp again. It was Tuesday afternoon (yesterday), and I was surprised that my bp went down significantly to 160/90. I know that is still beyond the normal range, but dropping it that fast in one day is really amazing. I'll keep doing this, together with proper diet, and discipline until it goes back to normal.

This is a wonderful instructional video! I'm very thankful!! You talked about a line at the back of the ear called "the line of lowering the pressure." I'm curious about how that line may be affected for glasses wearers. I normally wear contacts, but for over a year now I've been wearing glasses and sometimes I get headaches stemming from where my glasses fall on the back of my ears. Do you think that prolonged (or lifelong) glass wearing my have negative side effects on the body?

I had that problem years ago with my glasses and opted for the slip on they are straight back and they don’t go around your ear they are very light; only suggesting I may have misunderstood where you get the pain.
