Hi Lydia, it can help with hyperthyroidism as well as hypothyroidism as Qigong and Chinese medicine work by bringing your system back into a healthy balance, whichever way that balance has moved away from the optimum. Obviously, this is no miracle remedy and I assume you are also in consultation with your doctor in order to manage this condition.
