This week I was ill with flu and I used this routine to help me.
It's really easy to do and it's a great way to get the energy moving even when you feel tired and low on energy. It can also help to release eye tension, headaches and nasal congestion.
It includes Qigong acupressure points and breathing exercises that I found to really help boost my immune system and speed up my recovery.
Acupressure points I used:
Urine Bladder 2 (UB2)
Large Intestine 20 (LI20) - Welcome Fragrance
Conception Vessel 17 (CV17) - Heart Center
Tsu San Li - Stomach 36 (ST36) - Longevity Point
Yong Quan (Kidney 1) - Bubbling Well

Hello Kseny, I stamble on your channel on October 22, 2023 was home and sick with this nasty R S V virus and I've been sick off on off on for three weeks! These qigong exercises had helped me so much. I have other two teachers that I follow on RU-vid for three and half years now and helped me with other ailments I had in the past. In addition to my daily Qigong routine I incorporate your qigong exercises as well. Thank you 🙏❤

Kenya I would like to thank you. The last 2 days I have been in bed suffering. Last night I did this video and I immediately felt 80% better. Today I woke up feeling completely renewed. I still have some sinus but I can feel the difference. It's like the exercises took all the bad energy and restore my balance. Thank you thank you! Kseny, I really like this video and I have been doing it repeatedly. As I do it I am really appreciating the part with the accupresure below the knee that you mention is a longevity point. Do you have any videos that focus on other longevity points or a longevity specific Qi Gong? Thanks and wishing you and yours continued great health and abundance and love in your life.

Hey, from the Qigong perspective our longevity depends on the Kidneys Qi both Yin and Yang. Working on preserving the Kidneys Qi whether it is exercise, food, lifestyle is the key to longevity. I have a Winter wellness course where we focus on acupressure on the Kidney meridian as well as specific exercises to support Kidneys Qi
