Thank you for your help and patient instruction. I never really understood Kenneth Cohan course just to many cards and words, you have brought probably 90 % of to life in less than thirteen minutes. If anything has been lacking in my practice and teaching it has been this bone marrow mental cleansing. Thank you 🙏 for arriving in my life as prepare for the next step of this eternal journey at 88 years on this plain will come to an end somewhere between now and the next 15 years which would put me at 103.
Wow, didn't expect that from the title as I thought another video on tapping a few acupressure points. Having followed the video several times I certainly recommend the exercise for pulling down heavenly Chi though the bodies meridians and a great precursor to practicing the micro orbit exercise. Have you considered providing you followers Kennith Cohen's course (The way of Qigong) on line ? I do feel there is a real need for it as many of the elements are on RU-vid but fragmented which is shame as Qi Gong encompasses far more than one or two stand alone forms. 🙏🦋
Thank you for your feedback Roger. I have the highest respect for Lao Shr Kenneth Cohen and his book "The Way of Qigong" has been my constant and faithful companion for many years. I am very grateful to have the opportunity to attend his online seminars and workshops too. Kenneth Cohen's current online Tai chi course with The Shift Network I have recommended to all those I know interested in the subject. Which course are you referring to? Do you mean the Qigong practices as outlined in his book?
@@karensoo88 Many thanks for taking the time to reply In deed the practices referred to in his book as "Suggested Routines" which he schedules into a morning and evening practice over a period of a year in six segments. The routines are comprehensive from standing meditation through to Embryonic Respiration and although the description is adequate for reference there is no substitution for a demonstration,

Dear Pari Thank you for your interest. You can do these exercises provided you remember the phrase “if there is pain, there is no gain”, so go gently and do what feels good to you. No forcing or straining. Listen to your body. Relax and breathe naturally. Wishing you good health and wellbeing. Enjoy your practice! 🙏🏼
