This is one of the gems produced by MSV and TKR. Vikram and Pavithra excellent singing. Venkat, Selva and Laxman did an excellent job. Siva very nice editing. Shyam has brought back the colours of 60's through his excellent performance, programming and arrangements.

Whether its hit or miss, every song in film industry has its own story behind it and every song had music composer, lyrics writer, signers, etc., Before QFR we were just listening to the music, always appreciated music composers only, many times appreciated singers also and sometimes appreciated writers too, because we know how they chose words and played with it inside the song. But never realised the true potential of the individual instrument players who contributed to the song due to that the song came in full shape. Now, after QFR started in RU-vid, almost for 2 years now, everyone one of us started analysing the individual instruments and their brilliance. Not only for these 393 songs but in general we have become like Subha mam because of her KT (Knowledge Transfer) to us, due to that every new song also we have started concentrating on those small small nuances. Hats off to Subha mam and to her entire troop who have changed our music listening skills through this QFR.

Lakshmana taking the lead on both interludes was super. Sami sir 🙏 என்னமா magic பண்ணி இருக்கீங்க... பல்லவியிலேயே tabla two variations, Charanam brilliant and the landing towards pallavi ஒரு effective spot. Interludes congos are வேற level. Perfect ஆக, சிவா highlighted them in appropriate frames. பவித்ரா superb singing... The way she sat was cutely picturized. God bless QFR. One of my favourite song by the legendary Mellisai Mannargal. Wow i felt like listening to the original singers and in particular the female voice was absolutely mesmerizing. The transition between the songs is simply superb. Shyam and his companions made the recreation more beautiful and added soul to this song. Fantastic editing.

Oh! It makes a Sea Difference between listening to a song without Headphone and by putting a Headphone. Today, First forgot to put the Headphone On. But, 2nd time when heard it with Headphone, then only I was able to discover fully the wonders done by MSV-TKR that were brought again alive here by Shyam. Transporting us back to MSV-TKR-Kannadasan Golden Era, Thanx to the entire QFR Team who relived the era and enlivened the proceedings paying meticulous attention to every Mi-nute Note, Sound & Stroke. This song primarily belonged to Flute Selvaa and he never let us down. (I was expecting Subha Madam would Orally reproduce that lilting, exciting piece of Flute sound flowing just before the start of the final charaNam as that particular piece with a change in rhythm is a special moment to enjoy. Venkat never misses out any of the subtle changes in the Rhythm. We noticed it in the closing phase of the Song Kanchi pattuduthi specifically and in this song also in the Opening as well as the Closing portions. (I wish the QFR Viewers to see in the You Tube the lavish praises showered by the Great SPB on our Tabla Venkat for his Brilliant Tabla-Play for the Song RaagangaL 16 Uruvaana VaralAAru in a Super Singer Programme a few years ago featuring Little Master Hrithik Singing that Song). Here, effortless singing by both Vikram & Pavitra. Both TMS's & Susheela's portions required a great amount of breath control as those lines needed to be sung twice without break and both Vikram - Pavitra did it with elan and Pavitra reproduced those beautiful hummings with ease. I believe, Due Credit should also go to Subha who assumes the role of mantling the entire proceedings as would have been done by MSV and IR inside the Recording Theatres during the occasions of Original Recording of all those songs. Also, it's next to impossible to give an enthusiastic Preface to each song with an equal degree of Passion as exhibited by Smt Subhasree ThaNikachalam in each episode. Well done QFR.
