Agreed this is the one real best in your celebration series. The background music came out with super precision. Super melody and synchronization. I have been a fan of this song from 1971. This is one of the best rendition ever I have seen. I have not seen any such beautiful rendition of this song by any orchestra so for. My best congratulations to the whole team who have brought out this song so beautifully. In this moment of celebration I don’t just want to mention only few names but all. Shradha & Narayanan for the Voice. Sundaresan for Mandolin & Slide guitar. Venkat for percussion. How he used to compose , motivate his team of orchestra and used to get goose bumps when I heard d final song. One has to see and believe his unbelievable talent. If it's forefather Mysore Chowdiah synonymous with Violin in Carnatic Music, then it's our forefather T K Ramamoorthy synonymous with Violin in Thamizh film music. One is yet to be born to beat the uniqueness in the bowing techniques used by both these legends as those violin sounds always stood apart from the rest and remained Special. In the film, we could hear the mild sound of water flow and the Birds' whispering sound too in the beautiful Prelude to this Song Sequence. The Main Highlight of this song is throughout the Song each time when Pallavi & Anu Pallavi is sung, there's absolutely No Rhythm; only after closing of the Pallavi Line & Anu Pallavi Line "Clap" has been used. That creativity attracted our attention. Yes, Hawaiian Guitar was used in many songs of Mellisai Mannar/gal. Iru Malargal Title Music and Sivandha MuNN Song _ Paarvai YuvaRaNi KaNNoviyam and in USV, AvaL oru Navarasa Naadagam too come to my mind. We understood that Mandolin Raju was also proficient in playing this instrument - Hawaiian Guitar. As for QFR Team' s performance, Kurai Ondrum illai Except one error, she sang "Sorgam" Therivadhillai instead of Varuththam" Therivadhillai.

Among all the QFR recreations, this one is the most accurate and the singer-actors are better than the originals. Background visuals for the male singer give me a Starwars habitat scene illusion. This no. 1 QFR for me. My western friend pointed at 7:53 the female singers humming matches the violin orchestra creating some beautiful harmony he never heard.

Undoubtedly a hit album of the nonpareil composers MSV & TKR and of course the titillating lyrics of budding poet Vaali deserve special mention. Meticulous execution by all involved in the recreation.

A celebration song, deserves a place in 300 celebration. Aptly suited for this amazing composition by Legends S/sri MSV-Ramamurthy. Each one played their best. Scintillating Suddha Dhanyasi ragam flavour traveled throughout the song. Brilliant team work, with Subhasree ji leading from the front.

Long back there was a carnatic music critic. His name was SUBBUDU.He never spared any carnatic singer ,dancer like Hemaalini and so on.He once praised MSV that his whole body was filled with music,and he is the only musician in India who is able to showcase tha essence and intricacies of any carnatic raaga within the given time of 3to4 minutes. That was the greateness of MSV.But he was not given the due regard when he was alive.Though very young in age Shubhashree is the only musician who is able to appreciate his music.May God bless her to continue her service to Tamil Music.

What a great composition by Mellisai mannargal! We used to say,paattukku oru Padagotti.Such wonderful songs... Recently I saw this film in Amazon Prime.It took me back to those younger days.The songs played a very important part in me making me younger. Now coming to today's presentation...it was outstanding &brilliant .As usual your introduction super which gave us an idea about the various instruments used.You have also mentioned about the mix of various music.Whereelse,you get such information? nowhere.. only QFR. Hats off to the musicians. Female singer clearly was far ahead of the Male singer. I felt that the Male singer was making fun of MGR. WE all should remember one thing...MGR was behind all the songs in his films.We can understand his ability to judge the songs...

I am Indian by origin, but not by birth. You have made my Tamil language improve as well as my appreciation for old Tamil film music. Simply outstanding. I think the songs from 300 onwards I have enjoyed even more. You have simply outdone yourselves!

The 19 songs from 300-319 are jewels in the crown of QFR. No match for this. Splendid performance. To single out any one on the troop is difficult. Even the timely clapping by the team was wonderful. I would wish that till such time Tamizh is alive, QFR will be buoyant and magnificent. Kudos to QFR team!

This song became so popular that it was played in all festivals, functions. Vaali Ayya became popular after this movie was released and started penning great songs for Makkal Thilagam. QFR team presentation was really outstanding and deserve applause. Congratulations to entire team members .
