I think Freddie looked his best this year . He's healthy, strong, sexy, and confident. Nobody struts like him and looks good doing it. lol. Those white jeans on that body of his...wow!
Are you fucking kidding me with this perfection right now? Omfg. If only there was a chance my musically deprived generation could see this live. Good god....
@X S couldn't disagree more, about the part where his voice would be less "god tier" may be right but freddie was unique, his love for music was just too much.
I was lucky enough to see Queen 5 times in Cleveland,Ohio and I was amazed at every show. One of the rock bands that will stand the test of time. I bow down to you, Freddie.
Richard Taylor......God! How I envy you!! Only having "discovered" Queen 10yrs, I could only see settle for seeing cover bands. Gary Mullen, being the best, And which turned out to be the best concert Ever.....except for the real Queen (with Adam). And even half of Queen was better than all other bands combined!
I wasn't quite as lucky as you. I only saw them live twice in the early 80's. The first time was Madison Square Garden and the second was the Arena at the Meadowlands in NJ. They stand out as the best concerts I've ever been to and I've seen pretty much every great band you could name over the years with just a few exceptions. The only bands that were close, are The Stones and Pink Floyd with their original lineup minus Syd. Ok, The Who were pretty great too and so were RUSH & Springsteen. I didn't get to see the Beatles or Led Zep, but I did see McCartney and Robert Plant. McCartney was great. I found Plant to be just ok solo. I'm sure I'll get hate for that. LOL.
Like most here, I listened to this band my whole life, and didn't realize until the last few years just how good they really were. I agree fully about Roger Taylor, no question. And I personally think John Deacon should be regarded as one of the top bassists ever, period. As an amateur bassist, this bass line is super hard to do. And he makes it look like a walk in the park. Incredible band.
Deacon was very solid and had a great sound, he was usually not flashy, here and there but usually played what he needed to do for the band, but could go wild when he wanted to, this is a great bass part.
Great to see Roger getting a lot of love in the comments. He's an amazing drummer and kind of underrated. Love the high hat and Roger uses the crap out of it. LOL

1: Freddie would have made a good music teacher - almost tells the audience off in the beginning for not singing to the beat. 2: damn damn damn damn fine drumming! Omfg
Freddie Mercury is God-like!!! His stage presence is unbelievable!! His moves are like no other! He’s so into his performance and does his best to get this audience grooving!!! John Deacon’s bass playing is the muscle behind this set! Brian and Roger are grooving right along with Freddie!! Queen, in my opinion, is the greatest band ever! Talented on so many levels! Their performance is always mesmerizing!! It’s a shame Freddie is no longer with us but he will live on!! Greatest front man ever!!!
whatarushlod - John is the anchor of most of their songs. He and Taylor were always effortlessly in lock step allowing Brian and Freddie to do their thing.
Freddie Mercury is one of the greatest singers of all time! He will always be a true legend! Love this concert and have it on DVD! I have been a Queen fan since I was a little girl!
Queen has been able to gain the enthusiasm through inclusion of the audience with such reciprocal delight. This band has by fans and the industry been considered the apex of talent, showmanship and a front man that captivates the crowds with ease.
P sure this is literally the perfect example of the Queen unit. If anyone wanted me to show them how perfect Queen was onstage together I would show them this video. The eye contact, Freddie’s slight movements and the way everyone is completely in sync knowing exactly what everyone is doing and exactly when. It’s honesty incredible
All of them are on fire. Love watching Brian and John so into it together. And Roger.. this is the first time I'm mesmerized watching someone playing the drum.
Yeah I heard Led Zeppelin. I never mesmerized watching dear mister Bonham playing drum though. As good as he was. (Maybe it's Blondie the drummah's pretty face.. really adds on the mesmerising factor 😊)
What did I just see?! On fire!!! Each member of the band playing & singing & entertaining with such creativity & force! Freddie had insane control of the audience! Pure brilliance!
@ TioZio - Your a idiot- this is the beat band of all mankind , animal kind, god-kind , celestial-kind, what ever atoms and cells you can throw together - this band will out them in there place ! Okay - lets have it your way - name your top 3 bands who would even “TRY” to compete with Queen ? I will put FACTS together to prove 100% your wrong - just try me !
Justin Barrier You do understand music is subjective, right? Just because you think Queen is the best (which in my opinion they are) doesn’t mean that he is obliged to think that Queen is above his favourite bands. People have different likes and dislikes which aren’t dependent on other people.
I had a friend many years ago who was a 80 year old drum teacher and musician. I played some Queen for him and he thought it was an artificial beat, it was too perfect. Yes that's Queen, duh😁🙏💞
