This is the Friday show, the first of the two legendary nights at Wembley. Queen "Live at Wembley Stadium": July 11, 1986. (*Ripped and uploaded by Fabio Tosti)
G.J. Roo John gives me the feeling That for him the music, being in the Queen, I can have a daydream. I can do something that he did not expect to achieve and he enjoyed every moment. Freddie died, Queen died and it made no sense for him to continue. respect for Bryan and Roger it is a job and in fact they have continued
his jackets are awesome. my 4 yr old son is dressing as Freddie for Halloween, these pants but with the red and white jacket with the cape. I've been studying these jackets lol
I just love this part so much 1:22 - - - - -The way he talks is so different from the way he sings. Love them both anyways. -The way he could manage the audience: amazing.
I think the stadium is so big that there is a lag. The audience hears the music, claps on time, then we hear their clap off-beat. It's just bc Freddie is rocking such a huge crowd. Unreal
Watching Freddie move gets me so excited. I just can't help but jumping to my feet and moving. He is an inspiration, my inspiration. Not to mention the most beautiful man that ever lived.
One thing I loved about Freddie from watching his interviews/documentaries that he respected others conservative upbringings or views; that seems rare these days. He respected Michael Jackson , and didn't throw shade at him, when a reporter was trying to get him to say something negative, he just said, well we are 2 different, MJ had been performing since a child. And a band mate mentioned that Freddie never invited him to one of his infamous parties, laugh, and said, he knew I wasn't going to one anyways. His sister mentioned that when Freddie would visit his family, he kept his outrageous lifestyle away from them, he was just Freddie, their family. You have to respect a person like that, to have enough respect for others not to push their lifestyle or beliefs onto you, when they know it contradicts with theirs. I'm pretty sure because he didn't make others feel obligated to accepted his secret lifestyle he had many people drawn to him.
You're right. Gays should just repress who they really are at their own expense because other people are not able to accept it due to their own over-oppressive conservative lifestyle. Sounds like you got some things to learn about life.
So you should be upset with Freddie because he repressed his lifestyle in terms of his conservative family and friends. Everyone does that, we are different around family and friends. What's wrong with that?
Better post that kind of reply to Freddie, because he did what you just described as all that. My, what a hostile-sounding response to simple consideration of others on Freddie's part.
I don't know how many times I've said this on Queen videos but, damn! Some people were born to perform and entertain and Freddy was one of them. I only listen to punk rock; Queen is the ONLY exception.
Freddy mercury hands down the best front man for a band that ever was and ever will be there will never be another natural rock performer like him he ruled the stage and the crowd
Não sei oque mais me encanta. O baixo de John, a presença e voz de Freddie... A Guitarra de Bry...a batera do Roger....enfim..o conjunto da obra... mas Freddie se destaca
I love this song! I know these people are now grandparents...and unfortunately the vocalist passed away but how I wish I was already alive during that time...😊😊😊
Another one bites the dust is strangely ironic considering all the entertainers we lost in 2016. I hope the cosmos gives us a break this year. I've never seen so many famous people die in a 12-month period. God bless you, Freddie - we all still miss you and the magical essence you brought to the rock music of that era.
Freddie you are absolutely remarkable! A genius no doubt, such talent! I admire everything about you and you are incredibly sexy darling! You left us so many incredible songs and you are the sexiest man I have ever laid my eyes on! RIP dear, dear Freddie Mercury! Thank you for the memories! You left us way too soon!
I tell ya, Freddie's voice is the most amazing I've ever heard and watching him boogie is far better than most anything you'll probably see nowadays. I'm very sure with Freddie Mercury there, Heaven's an awesome place!
Nope, I really think that this version was better in every aspect (especially the middle section with Deacon's bass playing, Freddie's sing-along connection with the audience). The climax is on a higher level, I feel... not to mention Brian quick little vibrato thing at 0:58 which fits perfectly, all these small details make a great product to show that Queen is the best live band in rock that has ever existed!
