I think he's more better suit for rabbi, he's Jewish from his father's side and thus likely has some more experience with that. For context his grandfather is Bj blaskowitz from Wolfenstein, and his father is commander keen.
Maxi in early seasons was the cartoon of Christianity, a radical man who call satanic anything that wasn't or was again is religion, when Korn visit South Park he make a plan with ghost pirate where he actually kill people, only because he says that Halloween was a celebration from demons. In the episode where the kids start a new religion he scare the child with the idea of them burning in hell and in the end he was found having sex in the confessional. But in this episode they changed is character, a christian who actually follows the moral of a human being, like in the newest season in the episode when he makes friends with butters he protect the kids from some pedophiles and same thing happens in the Fractured But Whole. I don't think is a coincidence that this change happens in the same episode where they talk about nihilism, i think they found out that was better have at least a good christian in a place full of cynics.
I like the idea that they couldn’t get the roof, the obelisk and a few decors on that one building in Vatican City right so they borrowed from the supernatural power of the Documents for that one thing. Ripping it destroyed the structural support

1:19 father Maxi, something up perfectly, I’d say this, if I ever got a chance to speak in front of Vatican meeting. They’ve lost touch with what’s going on the outside world, and how the outside world views them.
Funny enough, it reminds me of the short story "A Very Old Man With Enormous Wings" by Gabriel Garcia Marquez. It's about a group of townspeople who find an angel washed up on the beach, and for a while, they keep him like a pet in a zoo and charge people to come look at him. But then later on, they all lose interest in the angel and start worshiping (believe it or not) a giant spider woman who comes into town and becomes the hot new attraction. It's an interesting read.
It takes place in Colorado. Statistically it has one of the highest Catholic populations as a percentage of the state and I think one of the very few where Catholics outnumber Protestants. As an Atheist, I actually "believe in" (aka know) the existence of Queen Spider because she is absolutely real. The pedophile priests are the perfect proof. Even though she exists I don't worship her. That's what makes me an Atheist.
