Ingredients and Measurements:
To make the ginger beer concentrate:
5 cups water
1 cup freshly grated ginger
6 cloves
1 cinnamon stick
2 pieces orange peel
2 pieces lemon peel
To make the simple syrup:
1.5 cups sugar
1 cup water
To make the ginger beer:
the concentrate strained (see above)
6 cups water (use more if you don't like it this potent)
simple syrup (I used 3/4 of it)
