pero esa forma de hacerlas me las hago de un solo halón. Yo me hice 100 dominadas, 200 flexiones pegando pecho a tierra y estirando brazos , 300 sentadillas y 2 millas en 35 minutos.
Don’t waste your time doing partial push-ups. Do them properly or don’t do them at all. Simple. *please no moronic replies from people who don’t have f/g clue. I’ve been doing these 50years and I can fit this whole guy in one side of my chest…
