Sometimes, there are just some foods that you can't stop eating! For our first cooking video, we're making cheesecake. If a whole pie was in front of me, it would be gone in 15 minutes! This will help you portion control. As with all Flexible Dieting cooking recipes, this is measurable and adjustable. Here's the ingredient list:
56g fat free cream cheese
30g fat free sour cream
1 large whole egg
0.25-0.50 teaspoon lemon juice
0.25-0.50 vanilla (artificial, pure, or extract)
10-15g Truvia (or your favorite artificial sweetener)
Cinnamon to preference
15g honey graham cracker (1 cracker) or Cinnamon Toast Crunch!
Measure & mix all the ingredients together, except the graham cracker. Microwave for 90 seconds. Cool for at least 1 hour. Crumble on the graham cracker when you want to eat it. ENJOY!
Macros:
6g fat
28g carbs
17g protein
234 calories
Adjustments you can make to fit your macros better:
Less carbs? Use full or reduced fat cream cheese and/or sour cream. Don't add the graham cracker or add less.
Less fats? Use 2 egg whites instead of 1 whole egg
