Been suffering from flat feet or collapsed arches? Rehab and Revive's Physical Therapist shows a couple of quick tests to determine if you might be suffering from flat feet. He then demonstrates a quick taping technique using Leukotape and Cover Roll Stretch to temporarily reduce the discomfort associated with flat feet.
