Kara Stewart, a collegiate hurdler at Prairie View A&M, came up for the weekend, and we had a fruitful two days. The reps in this video are from the second day, when we focused on technique and rhythm - keeping the lead leg cycling downward instead of letting it kick out too far, and addressing her habit of the lead arm crossing the body, which was causing her trail leg to flatten out too much. It was a lot of fun and we made a lot of progress.
