Hi Rosario. You can use any size square you like. Make a few in different sizes and see how you like it. You can also overlap the prairie, and it also looks very nice. Hope this helps. Glad you liked the quilt tutorial. Thanks for watching💗and happy sewing😊

Hi Patricia. Most large fabric stores have some panels. The best place is on the internet. Log into the internet, enter "quilt fabrics", select a web site, then enter "panels". Happy sewing.

Adorable, you are such a good teacher you explain well. Do you ever get wrinkles when you are machine quilting? I'm nervous about that part.

Hi Korie. The only wrinkles I seem to be getting are the ones on my face. Hahaha. Yes, you are more likely to get tucks in the fabric if you are using a standard presser foot. The walking foot helps to prevent that. When you are guiding the quilt through the machine spread your fingers and hold the fabric taut. I will have a video come out sometime this summer on how to hold a quilt and move it through the sewing machine. Happy sewing.

Can a long arm be used to finish the quilt rather than stitch in the ditch? Do i still sew up the opening and and top stitch before long arming? I hope my question is clear. This will be my first time doing the prairie punts. Thank you so much I advance! I'm new to your channel a nd i love this well explained video!
