You don't need to buy a new gauge each time. We sell both all-in-one kits that come with a reusable gauge and refill cans for those who already have a gauge. We also just sell the gauge if you already have the refrigerant. We don't currently just have a refill can of R-1234yf refrigerant although you can buy cans at retail.
