Second phase starts at 10,000,000 health, and is all about summoning buffed variants of bosses that you previously fought. Third phase starts at 5,000,000 health, and is all about endurance, as the boss has multiplied damage by 10, and starts throwing pcs at you that deal 4650 damage. When it gets to 2,500,000 health, it becomes invincible and performs a final desperation attack and multiplies damage by 10 again, throwing pcs, drivers, switches, and keyboards that hit for 42000 damage. If you survive that, it rests, becomes vulnerable and says, "you win..." if you wait for 90 seconds, it runs away and drops it's normal loot along with a special prize that thanks you for sparing it. If not, it drops just it's normal loot.
