Story at 7:20. That kinda stuff happens a lot, my grandfather owns his own welding shop. I've got quite a few stories of going back to customers houses and cutting railings back out. One time we were building railings for two houses right next to each other. Same exact porch, simple 4 by 3 rectangular block of concrete(basically a glorified step.) one house wanted white steal railings and the other wanted black. We made all rails and put in the white ones, then we got swamped with work and didn't have time to install the black rails. About a month or so goes by and The guy called us to ask what was taking so long, we told him we were super busy but we'll be there tomorrow. Not even 10 minutes later my grandfather walks in telling us we need to go cut out the white rails because the guy is ghosting us and refusing to pay. We get there and cut the railings out and get in the truck then I looked over at the other porch and remembered they're literally the same, we used the exact same measurements for both. So we got out took the railings back down and welded a few inches of random rebar into the post to make up for what was cut off, spray painted them black, let it dry and put them on the neighbors porch. We knocked on the door, showed him the railings and he wrote us a check. He offered us coffee, and was super polite. We denied the coffee because we didn't really have time to drink it so he gave me and my partner $5 dollars and told us to get ourselves some coffee.

I work as a 5-star resort clerk and my god the entitled wedding meltdowns I've seen... Had one couple book our entire reception hall (could easily fit 300 people), our full catering package including decorating, and only had themselves, the officiator, and their dog attend. Then had an absolute meltdown in the lobby when we told them the bill. "It's such a small wedding, how could you charge us full price??" This job has utterly ruined weddings for me.

The random woman who confronted Dirk... it sounds to me like she was using her Karen powers for good.

When I got married I was still in the Army I was trying to cut expenses and as a gift a friend in the barracks DID make her gift to me to be making my dress. I didn't demand the work at least, lol. I paid for all the materials needed and she sewed it. Even then that was very generous of her.

I laughed so hard at the ungrateful DIL who got nails to match her personality. I even surprised myself laughing so hard. And the Princess who wants her wedding for free. Wait until she gets to spend an entire month in Dubai. She's going to be like: "WTH! I can't drive, buy booze by myself? Who knew Dubai is in a desert?..." Hysterical.

This is a choosing beggar story that happened... two years ago. I was fifteen at the time and was into making candy. I still do make candy from time to time, specifically around the holidays. So, a bit of a backstory for the incident. It was Valentine's day and I was making Valentine's chocolates and selling them on Facebook. I don't remember the exact price, but I think it was $6 for a box of 5 choclates. And they were NICE chocolates. They were bigger than a Reeses cup and were delicious. And I only got about a $2 profit from each box. I never actually got to talk to this woman (who I'll just call Suze). My mom dealt with potential costumers online for me so I could have more time to make the candy, so she told me all about it. Long story short, Suze contacted us and asked for some chocolates for free. Of course, Mom and I both agreed no. I bought the stuff to make this out of my own pocket and it was a lot of work. Not to mention, I was fifteen, so technically a kid. You're gonna ask a kid to give you some gourmet chocolates for free??? But Suze wouldn't have it. She asked for free candy again, saying that it was for her husband and she was poor or disabled or something like that. Not to mention, she wanted sugar free chocolates. I did sell sugar free, but they were way harder and more expensive to make. I think I only made $1 on sugar free. I don't remember, it was two years ago. Naturally, Mom and I tell Suze no again. I don't know what happened next, because my mom just dealt with it from there. I probably got threatened or something, which is why my mom chose not to tell me. Of course, Suze ended up not getting chocolate as far as I know. And the story might be off. It was two years ago, after all. And I've had other people who wanted discounts on really expensive stuff I make, but they never ask for free gourmet candy. Eesh. If you want free candy, settle with those Dum-Dum suckers they have at Wells Fargo.

I literally had a middle aged woman cuss at me 2 days before Christmas because she was too lazy to pick up her order that Walmart.com canceled it. She came to pick it up (even though it's canceled) and she started yelling at me saying i am incompetent for canceling her order and ruining her Christmas. Note: We don't cancel orders. They cancel after 7 days when orders are not picked up. Then she proceed to yell at me because i asked for ID for a $200 item. I told her "well anyone can have your order number. I need to make sure the right person is picking it up" and she continued to belittle me. So i waited in the back room for 30mins to cool off or else I would have chewed her out. Management delt with her and apparently told her she could rebuy it but she wanted it for free.
