The first story is nice. Just an honest mistake and both parties laughed about it.

The first one was rather refreshing. We usually here about these pricks who obvious know that the person they are looking at works there, but instead understands she made a mistake and just laughed about it.

The first one was cute, I like when people admit they made an innocent mistake

Ambassador's aide: "THIS IS AN OUTRAGE!" Me: "Yeah absolutely, you'd think your parents would have taught you some manners!"

Karen: "Get me your manager!" Me: " Cant. He works at DIFFERENT store, just like me."

That 1 pound was her salary for those few seconds she "worked" at the store

For that last story, do entitled people just forget that most, if not all, places that sell items have security cameras. lol

I always like watching rSlash's videos, because sometimes, there are people (such as in the first story) that realize their mistake and apologize after that moment of clarity. I'm so glad the first woman came to her senses after realizing her f-up. And she apologized, which made it more worthwhile. Glad it all worked out.

What impresses me most in the restaurant story is that OP got Heracles Greek name correct. Most people will say Greek but still call him Hercules which is his Roman name. As a mythology geek this always bugs me.

Why does every Karen refuse to believe people when they say they don't work here? If I made that mistake I'd probably go "oops, sorry" be a little embarrased and leave them alone. Also I think if this ever happens to me I'm gonna reverse Uno Card them, "you shouldn't be talking to customers like that can you take MY order now please?"

I loved the one with the ambassador's staff, about the best comeuppance story I've heard. The one with the spilled milk in the store, not as satisfying, as the EM was still screaming in outrage as she was ushered out, plus they lost the sale of the milk, had to clean it up and expended money on top of it. I've heard of this kind of scam before and hope I would act as this customer did if I ever did see it. I've listened to more of these stories than I probably should have. If I ever get mistaken for an employee, I wonder how I will respond? Not likely though.

I legitimately do not understand the concept of NOT being courteous to other people. Then again, not being polite is something I see rather frequently. Luckily... the only time I've really experienced an entitled person was this one time at a McDonald's with my dad. We saw a woman ordering that was trying to order some coffee or other drink (can't remember which) with her meal, instead of the soft drink, and couldn't fathom why they would charge her more for that. I can't recall exactly the outcome, but I felt really bad for the cashier, who looked pretty young, right around twenty.

Customer 2: Oh, I saw you helping the other customer, can you come to fabrics and cut cloth for me? Me: Uh, let me get the associate who works there. Customer 2: What is wrong with you? Why do they hire people like you anyway. Hardware Associate: Can I help you, Customer 1? Customer 1: (Screams at Hardware Associate) No! Your stupid worker is so stupid that I had to do this myself! Hardware Associate: Oh, she works in the Pet Department. Customer 1: Does that matter to me? I want this paint now. Customer 2: You work in the pet department? Me: Yes. Customer 2: Oh, then come to fabrics and cut this cloth for me. Me: Goes over to fabrics, takes the whole roll and hands it to her and tells her the cashier would be glad to assist. Manager: Why haven't you gone on break? Me: Uh.....well, since you seem to not be able to hire enough employees to cover departments, then you stay out here. Customer 3: Helfen Sie mir, ich muss einen Spatel kaufen Me: Ok, what is it you want? Customer 3: (Rolls eyes) Ein Spatel, spatula! Me: Oh, a spatula. (Takes all types of spatulas and gives them to the customer) Me: Thank you for shopping at Wal-Mart. Manager: Next time you go on break, take your vest off. Seriously, this happened in less than 30 minutes in one day, at the same time. By the way, I didn't work there much longer.

The second one is one of the most "shit that never happened" things I've ever heard

I was once confused for being an attorney for the prosecution of a trial. They start talking about the case and how important it was for it to "go in our favor so my life is easier". Before they told me anything incriminating, I calmly told them I was the OTHER party's attorney. Look on their face was priceless.

Listening to this reminds me of a time I was at Wal Mart after an afterschool program where we did a kind of bible study thing. And our shirts for it are blue with a yellow sign on it like kids crossing you would see at schools. I was looking at parody book for Hunger Games while my Mom was doing something and someone came up to me to ask about something in the store. I had to tell them "I dont work here" and they got kinda butthurt because I could hear them making remarks. I get that I'm in a blue shirt like the Wal Mart workers but you dont see the design on it and lack of name badge? Just had to share my own tale to this lol

If you ever see someone spill milk, or anything, purposely creating a hazardous situation, then claim they were injured by it, IMMEDIATELY call 911. This is fraud, (destruction of property, and causing a mass public disturbance, and child abuse, but those are situational illegal acts to this one case.) She should be locked behind bars for this. Never ever let someone get away with committing fraud as if they do so in public there is a almost 100% chance they do it in private. Which can range from tax fraud, insurance fraud, or worse. These people are extreme dangers to society and should be punished to the fullest extent of the law. Never ever let them go free as it could lead to much much worse things for others down the line.
