@ that display comes stock with the Cummins r2.8 crate engine , its there cuz even if u don't have any dash board stuff hooked up u can still see the rpm, temperature & other stuff of the engine!
Hey Mike I actually don't know the diff ratios top of mind. And honestly its been running around a ranch without a ton of hwy use so MPG numbers aren't useful to you either unfortunately. Speedo is still in KPH also. If we compare to the jeep wrangler platform, the 35's on 4.56 with a manual should yield around 20 mpg. More with slower hwy speeds.
Brotha you might already have the right trans! Is yours a manual trans? There are a ton of trans options for these, but the NV3550 and AX15 Jeep 5 speeds work awesome.
@@Jmschnider well bummer. That one isn't up to the task, but if you want a manual, then the Ax15 or NV3550 would be awesome. We did a TJ and there are a few videos of it on my RU-vid channel. I need to get the rest done still 🤔
Hi Joseph, it's mated to an NV3550 5 speed. The current build RHD 90 is receiving an NV4500 for it's more forward-oriented shifter location. We also have 8 speed auto options as well for those wanting a slush box!
@@joedemp27 we've toyed with the idea but the torque ratings on most of the Rover manuals is barely adequate for the stock tune. We can get this engine to 380 tq reliably and the R380 in most forms wont put up with that abuse. I'd love to keep the original trans personally. It'd make the swap an easier proposition.
@@joedemp27 yes sir I did talk to Ashcroft on that, but there's something about the LT that the adapter engineers didnt like. I will ask on the LT and let you know however!
@@brendenburr4640 of course! Are you looking to have us perform the install for you? Give me a ring when you can b/t 8 and 5 mountain time. 406-551-2777 and if I'm not here when you call I'll call you back asap.
