Use a little of the lube when you remove the old tire and it'll come off a lot easier.

I just changed a set of Dunlop RoadSmart 3 (VERY stiff) on a BMW (shallow drop center) using a heavily modified Horrid Freight machine with a NoMar bar and a homemade duckhead bar. There was much cursing, sweating and heavy leverage, but I got the job done. This looks FAR easier and less grueling. Many of these kinds of collapsable machines show videos of a well stretched out tire that has been mounted/dismounted 50 times and they just fall off the rim. Your inexperience was refreshing, and the fact you were successful just sold another unit. Thanks for posting.

I think this thing has a really interesting design that could be promising but they’ve priced it out of most people that would be interested in it. Not faster than a hydraulic machine for a shop and not faster than 3 good tire levels for at home. Maybe slightly less effort but the setup and messing with it makes that debatable for me.

Can you show a close-up of that ratcheting mechanism? Im still trying to wrap my head around how they welded that sprocket on there with so little clearance

As I watch your video, I will post my questions... 1. Seating the wheel on the tire changer, does this not pose any warp issues to the brake discs (rotors) as you forcfully try and break the bead? 2. Why did that tool just fall out when breaking the bead? How can that be corrected? Hold it? Velceo Strap in? Product redesign? Maybe use a small firm sponge to apply the lube for a cleaner job? Putting the tire back on looks like you did not familiarize yourself with the process. Can you share the easiest method you recommend? Atb12:18, does that fool NOT scratch the wheel? After using this product, would you recommend this product for home tire changes on a motorcycle? What improvements does this product need, if any??
