2016 BMW 428i F36 turbocharged 4-cylinder 2.0L
- 300+ hp RWD
- RaceChip GTS Black
- RaceChip XLR
- VRSF catless downpipe
- Muffler delete
- Resonator delete
The RaceChip XLR performed well as we noticed the differences in aggressiveness. Race plus mode allowed the car to jump off the line harder than it ever has before. It felt like the pedal was pressed down lower than it actually was. This video was not sponsored and everything was paid for out of our pockets, dropping a like and comment will really help. if I get the gts version, is this a add on version to just bump the throttle response or is it a whole other chip. I Bought the gts version so is this just another thing I can buy in combination with the gts version?

It just increases response. Racechip claims it improves 0-60 times by 0.1-0.4 seconds.

Yeah I have trouble with this one. 250 bucks for just more pedal sensitivity. You can just push the pedal in more. I’m not really seeing the value there

For an electronic pedal (most cars) there is value here. You can push the pedal as hard or fast as you want and there will still be an electronic delay for most stock vehicles. The pedal tuner noticeably reduces that electronic signal delay to the point that the 428i in this video would sometimes slip from a dig due to the quicker demand of power.

@@fastmen3065 do you think it will do Justice to a Bmw 328i 2010? My car is kind of a Drag when i step on the pedal. And also does it help with more power for drifting the Car?

@@uvtreats2067 I would assume so. My dad has something very similar for his 2017 Wrangler, and it makes a world of a difference when accelerating. I can't speak for a 2010 bimmer, but I hope this helped

Yeah it could. Hold the traction control down for ten seconds and turn DSC off and you should be able to get sideways easily.

@@fastmen3065in DSC Off mode, the throttle response turns back to normal mode, so this makes driver difficult to correct directions through gas pedal. I hope, the pedal box can solve this problem. How is your opinion?

It does not void the vehicles warranty. Everything will go back to normal after removing the whole rig and plugging the sensors back where they used to be.

I dont understand.. If u press all the pedal down the racechip doesnt change anything.. It works only if u half press the pedal or less.. The delay in turbo cars is due to intercooler.. This pedal cant change that delay time..
