I’m 76, started carnivore after congestive heart diagnosis, haven’t felt this good in many years. BP, heart rate, blood all excellent, and my docs aren’t curious either. Sad for them.
I went Paleo in 2015, lost 40 pounds. Arthritis felt 25% better. Went keto 2018, lost 50 pounds. Arthritis improved another 25%. After going Carnivore in April 2023 my arthritis is almost completely gone. Cutting out the vegetables and nuts has been incredible.
I have had absolutely no issues doing Carnivore. I fully intend to do it for the rest of my life. I may include a veggie now and then. I have no intention to ever eat the sad diet again. I love meat especially beef so the transition has been pretty easy. I didn't have any "treats" for my birthday or Thanksgiving. Might make a keto fudge for Christmas. Our dinner will be prime rib roast and lobster. There are plenty of people who have done and are continuing to eat this way for decades. I hope to be one of them.
@@clauaome25search Dr Chaffee’s interview with a Canadian beef farmer named Maggie- it’s easy to find. Guess her age from the thumbnail photo then listen to her incredible story. 🤯
A reaffirming real life story of someone who discovered the truth about food whilst fairly young. How lucky is she. I’m 63 and have evolved keto/LCHF/Carnivore over the past 4 years in an effort to reverse a lifetime of gut inflammation. Thanks for showcasing this person.
3 months doing full carnivore now, and I'm down 30 lbs. No more inflammation, arthritis is 100% gone. Much better sleep now as well. Skin cleared up. The best part of this entire journey is that I no longer have heartburn/gerd. White male, 57 years old. Now 162 lbs
I keep trying, lost 12 pounds, need to lose 80 total! Almost 70 years old, a short female. Gained the weight over the past 25 years. I somehow keep making too many "exceptions" to strict carnivore, but when I do stay on carnivore even for 3 days in a row I feel great and definitely start losing weight. Interviews like this get me more motivated again, so I am not buying any more of my non-carnivore items and will head for a better week of correct eating this week.
I'm over in the United States and I love Rachel's perspective on the carnivore way of eating and the salt. I just finished cleaning out my refrigerator and cabinets. I've tried the carnivore the diet before didn't go so well just because of teenagers and a husband who don't eat this way but definitely going to give it a go again Thank you.
@@CoachStephen Thank you, I stuffer from Rheumatoid Arthritis, Fibromyalgia and Psoriasis. I know this diet can be such a benefit for me. So I need to screw everyone else. It's time for ME to get better.
@@CoachStephen Hi Coach, you might try doing a guest visit on this channel because he has 44,000 loyal viewers. he does a daily video, so it provides a lot of exposure. He is always looking for great guests and has had some pretty well-known carnivore doctors and experts. youtube.com/@zerocarb?si=u1Mtg8Hno7zxetXD
Totally enjoyed the video- it's amazing that she can eat so much food- like 10 eggs for breakfast and still maintain her weight-- but I like how she empharsize how the meat or food makes her FEEL
Love this 🥰🎉 really great interview and love how Rachel doesn’t really fast either and likes 3 meals … and eats quite a lot … 10 eggs, a kg of chicken wings etc … I’m exactly the same 🫶🏼🎉 I have a very big appetite and also feel better not fasting much
@@CoachStephenWow I can’t imagine being able to eat 10 eggs at a time, 4 seems to be my limit. Love them though, 3-4 every day. Some people can run into developing a type of allergy if eating too many of them.
13:45 yes that’s the point she’s fixed her bloods when her doctor couldn’t. He won’t be happy. Sad really they are too arrogant to admit it even to themselves.
Well, that and they get paid when they sell meds, procedures, and surgeries...not diet and exercise advice...and btw, healthy people don't buy that crap.
Had to pause the video to give a thumbs up and subscribe to the channel, second video, I’ve watched, great value! Excellent hearing the success stories, keep up the good work, and interviews! Losing all the keto packaged goods has been a game changer for me, I’m at 12 days of ketovore, down 11 pounds and feel great!
Thank you Mike. Plenty more videos to see in this regard. Good to hear your personal success. If you get to the point you'd like to be interviewed then please email me at zerocarbcoach@gmail.com
Missed the live but enjoyed the replay . Sadly disappointed that Keto Pro electrolytes have sweetener so will definitely check out the one she recommended ...thanks
I do wish you could somehow add in the title or somewhere about the blood disorder she spoke of (thalassemia) in the description. This is the first video I have watched where someone who has that states their labs and health improved on carnivore. Great interview ❤
As a naturally lean guy who LOVES bread, cookies, pastries… carnivore was a tough switch (and I don’t particularly care for meat TBH) but the results are undeniable. Stronger, more energy, even leaner muscle mass, zero health issues, no meds at 54yo 6’4” 182lbs. Stopped drinking alcohol- no beer was a bummer but so glad I did. Don’t miss it. Lost 5 lbs in the first week then leveled off. Dad and grandparents all suffered with cancer- carnivore seemed a reasonable experiment for me to keep cancer at bay. So far, so good… but I still miss donuts 😢😢😂😂
I've watched many videos w her and love it! ❤ New to your channel.amd really enjoying these stories being shared!! Im almost 55 amd have never felt better!! Down 125 lbs and maintaining it! Been carnivore almost 3 yrs and a huge list of inprovements besides weight loss!! Soo grateful!! 💪🙌🥰🥩🥩🥩🥩🥩🥩🥩🥩🥩🥩🥩🥩🥩
Thank you both for helping out with getting your story's out, we all need to share, so more peeps will hopefully give the Ph.D. a wirl, and find that it helps in so many ways!!
Hi Stephen, thanks for the video. I wondered what is the name of Rachel's skincare brand? I dont have instagram so cant follow the insta link. Thanks 👍
Did she say 4 kids at 40 ?? She's surely not 40 years old ?? She looks mid 20's at most - I often say this 'diet' is the Mrs Benjamin Button diet but wow if she's 40 ...impressive ❤ I can vouch for the tallow soap - i melt tallow soap in a bowl with hot water, use a hot flannel to open pores and soak my face 😊 only just started ( 1st bar) but i see a difference already ....
I made myself some whipped tallow that I rendered myself following a process from a youtuber(I forget her name) and I used it for a few weeks. It gave me spots of dry skin on my face and I went back to my usual store bought cream and the dry skin went away. Does anyone know why that happened? Thanks! Does a
@kupariseppo7566 It's difficult because I share this on other platforms that don't have subtitles. It just me, working on my own with a laptop that's 6 years old. I simply don't have the time or tech power to do different versions for different platforms. As a deaf person myself, having subtitles is so important to me. Sorry if you don't like my ones. I hope you still enjoy the content
@melissac4720 Roughly 1 gram of protein and 1 gram of fat per pound of lean body weight. So if you want to weigh 150lbs you'd need 150 grams of protein and 150 grams of fat per day. This is a good starting point, you may need less or more depending on how your body reacts
If you want rapid fat loss, I'm following a guy who is teacher the 20/80 diet, under 20% protein and the rest fat. He's hard to watch tho cos he swears a lot. But the info is gold.
I’m Almost a month into carnivore and have lost nothing and definitely don’t feel amazing 🤷♀️ did keto prior .. frustrating why not seeing any results
I actually think carnival makes us more attractive. I see your face on this channel and it's slimmer. Not So rounded puffy. Even your skin is. Glowing Glowing
I’m 5’6 and 125 is where I feel my best on carnivore. I wish I would have discovered carnivore years ago, it could have saved my thyroid :/ I got on T3 hormone and tried to get off of it, however, my FT3 would not go back up to where it was prior to the hormone..
Hi Coach, have you seen the Lean Mass Hyper Responder study preliminary findings ? High LDL, HDL and low TG, lean, healthy, keto subjects. "BREAKING - New Analysis of Heart Scan Data (CCTA) for Extremely high LDL vs Average LDL Cholesterol"
Been doing the carnivore diet for 9 days and I’ve had really bad guts if you get my drift. How long does this last for? Energy wise I feel better and fuller for longer but just bad cramping and needing to be close to the loo 😂
I can't diagnose via RU-vid but generally if people are 'plugged up' extra fat can help or electrolytes. Magnesium citrate is known to get the thunder going! Cheese can help some people if things are a little 'fluid'
Keep in mind, she's not having anything else with it. No bread, fruit, jelly etc. Just eggs and maybe butter. It's really not that much.@@camisnyder3460
I think Rachel eats intuitively. Eat when hungry and stop when full. A very basic starting point is 1grm of fat and 1grm of protein per pound of your ideal bodyweight. So a 140lb person needs at least 140 grams. But it's variable based on activities, height, previous way of eating etc
We've had people reverse fatty liver disease and they've been interviewed. I can't recommend anything to you on a one to one basis as I don't know your full history
That's the very reason I'm trying it. Just a few days in (been playing around with first, low carb (less that 30 grams per day) then I have become more interested in this. For me, weight is zero concern, but main thing is fatty liver, then pain, then just to feel my best overall. It has been very beneficial to chronic pain (7 days in). I believe there is something to this.
I looked at her instagram and she didn’t look like she weighs 126 to me, I’m a lot slimmer and look taller, too. Interesting. Maybe she fluctuates in weight or something.
People are built differently, I'm a 5'10 male and fluctuate around 135-140 when there are lots of men my height that don't look that much different can weight between 130-150
Hi, I'm hard of hearing and I add subtitles to all of my content. Could you help me improve them by telling me what was wrong with them please? I'm trying to improve my output so your feedback will be listened to
@@CoachStephen Oh, I see, fair one. I just found them a little distracting and they're often inaccurate. If there was an option to have them on or off it would be ideal, not sure how do-able that is? Cheers for the response, I enjoyed the content overall though.
