Ranking Dragon Ball Z Movie Villains 

“Kakkarot, how much do you love your son?” Yeah I can’t think of a more fitting title for Broly other than “the devil of DBZ”

I think Janemba’s second form is probably one of my favourite designs.

Cooler is peak because he WORKED. He ran countless fades to gain power, worked tirelessly to gain power. He constantly improved himself in a badass way, surpassing frieza’s insane potential. He’s the *GOAT*

Totally agreed that cooler is peak. Frieza was born with power and I think the implication that Cooler had to get to his level of status and power by fucking working for it, running fades, and improving himself is badass in a way Frieza couldn't manage. Cooler's much more of a fighter and it works really well. He's like (pre character development) Sagat from Street Fighter while Frieza is the Dictator. Zarbon and Dodoria are Claw and Boxer respectively.

Fun fact Android 13 was modeled after Dr Gero's appearance in his youth. So it's no wonder Vomi got together with him.

Many fans tend to oversimplify 1993 Broly due to his motivation and repeated utterance of "Kakarot" (It doesn't help that Kale's vocabulary gets reduced to "Son Goku" in her LSSJ form). He actually has some of the best lines in the 90s DBZ movies that really showcase his psychotic personality. Don't know how accurate the translations are, but some of my faves include: Broly: "Kakarot, I choose you to be the first of my victims!" Vegeta: "I am the ruler of all Saiyans!" Broly: "Then do your best to make me kneel before you!" Goku: "Hey, how about giving us a handicap?" Broly: "What's a handicap?" Broly: "Kakarot, how much do you love your son?" Piccolo: "Do as you like, you freak!" Broly: "A freak? No, I'm the devil!"

DRAGON BALL SUPER VILLANS NOW

The broly from the second coming movie actually does say something other then kakarot, but it’s in his legendary super sayian form. When gohan gets ready for the beam struggle, and says “I’ve had ENOUGH”. Broly then proceeds to say “Not until you lie dead at my feet😈”.

Cooler's final form is his 5th form, not his 4th. A line he has in the dub confuses a lot of people, but he calls it his 4th TRANSFORMATION. That's not the same thing.

I think Turles is a favorite of the writers as he keeps returning in Non-canon stories like Xenoverse and Heroes. Hell, in Heroes, he unlocked Dark Saiyan, lost to Vegeta and then pledged loyalty to him after Vegeta mastered Dark Saiyan. It goes deeper in the manga of Heroes as well.

Akira wanted turles to be Goku from another universe right. If we go off DBS logic, we could make it to where turles is the Goku of universe 6. Instead of turning good he turns evil. Sayian’s in universe 6 are naturally good so him being evil instead would be a cool plot point. I really just think it would be a funny way to introduce him into canon.

regarding broly second - that's not quite true. Right before the clash against the family kamehameha, he did indeed say a sentence. He just didn't feel like talking the whole movie. He was just out for blood, and between all the losers in the movies, goku was his only interest
